When you have an offer for a surprise car, labelled Special Car, it should not be a Toyota Corolla? Not for $150 per day. I felt this was very misleading. I definitely felt duped with this one.

Our pickup time was at 10am and we did not receive a car in SLC until 3:30pm. This caused us to have quite a bit of inconvenience in having to leave the AVIS rental location and wait until they called us later in the day when a car was ready. While we received a nice rental vehicle, it wasn’t overly clean. The dropoff in Omaha went smoothly.

The car was clean and no scratches. The staff were nice and quick. The pickup and drop off was great.

Car was not ready and when to pick it up there was no car in assigned spot. Required further interaction with agents to finally get a car, smaller than reserved and that was filthy inside and not great on the outside.
