Terrible. Will never attempt to rent from Avis again. Made my trip so stressful and the staff at AVL was garbage and unhelpful.

Love the fact that I did receive the full size vehicle I reserved. I been in situations when u show and they give u some other vehicle u didn't reserve. Had to wait a lil while longer than usual to get my vehicle once I was there to pickup, but I understand it was the holidays
