Pros:We had to change return from airport to trainstation and they were accommodating, for yet an extra fee...
Cons:We bought the additional insurance online and we were strongly suggested to get avis insurance instead, as it showed in their system that we were not covered at all. Also, spoke to a friend that rented a car with the same company for half the price but prices changed depending on the computer/tablet/cell used.

Pros:We got to the rental station after a flight, and had to wait 2.5 (!!!) in line in warm weather and beating sun The team "wasn't ready" for this amount of people at the same time...at least that's what they said

Pros:No line for pickup. Drop off took less than 2 minutes. The car worked just fine for us (Citroen C4 picasso) except for an inaccurate fuel gauge.
