Cons:got a flat tire.
Your website said the rental would be $80 and when I got there they charged me $300. The car was still kinda dirty with an odd smell to it.
Cons:Hard to tell where to park for dropoff - need more/better signs.
Cons:Jfk ran out of cars. Didn't use this location
Cons:I requested pickup/drop off at the airport and it was booked through the downtown Cleveland location.
Pros:Excellent car/condition
Cons:Long line at pickup location. One attendant on duty. Took over 20 minutes to get the car despite reserving it online, and it was after midnight when we got there. Would have liked a quicker pickup.
Cons:At the Avis in Cleveland I was given a Ford Explorer with tires that were so bald they were illegal, I have pictures of the depth of the tread. It took me another hour to get a car which was scratched and dirty.
Pros:The car that I was given was a 2017 Chevy Cruze. The exterior of car was nice and the interior was as well
Cons:Pick up was so confusing there were no signs to point you in the direction of the building. I requested a pick up time of 12:00pm so I could make it to my destination in a reasonable time frame but I was unable to because when I arrived to Avis there were no cars in the parking lot, I was told to come back in 2 hours because they were waiting on cars to be delivered.
Pros:Low cost on one way rental. Friendly counter people.
Cons:Car not clean. Smoke permeated the interior. Window smeared. Gas 7/8 full and I did not notice until after leaving. Left quarter panel dented and scraped. Long shuttle ride to car center.
Cons:Drop off is very confusing. No one comes to car. You have to find an employee. Car exterior was muddy on the bottom. Interior had napkins and small garbage in the center console.
