The workers were great. The car was fine. I could have gotten a sedan as I requested but the SUV was at least not that big.

Avis at MCO does not clean the vehicles. The first vehicle we received, a silver Camry with New York plates, was dirty and had sand all over. The Camry was exchanged for a silver RAV4 with Floria plates (DY9-5BZ), this suv was DISGUSTINGLY dirty and smelled like a dog had urinated all over the car. You could actually see the pee stains on the seats. After complaining for the second time, we were given a Chevy Equinox which was in much better shape and even though not clean, it was acceptable. I would not recommend them all.

Overall im satisfied with the experience, but what I wasn’t happy was that they did not give me the rental I reserved , I was supposed to get an elite ford explorer and they gave me a smaller suv n there was no room for luggage , we made it work but our trip was very uncomfortable

The car I rented wasn't there! I reserved an electric vehicle - any electric vehicle - and instead was given a large gas SUV. I had to speak to 3 customer service representatives to cancel my reservation because there were no other cars they could give me. It was a giant waste of time and a huge disrupter of my plans. My experience with Avis was absolutely horrible.

I was surprised that I had paid in advance. The check-in took more than an hour with only one clerk checking people in. Apparently she was waiting for cars to be returned.

It was all great. Car was new, clean & low mileage. Person at counter was delightful & efficient, as was the girl that we returned the car to.

I had a very good experience with Avis. My only complaint is that I still haven’t received a confirmation email that they said I would receive after I dropped my car off yesterday.
