Lovely house in a good location for exploring North Wales. We were made very welcome and felt at home with attentive service. Excellent breakfast and helpful people who spent time making sure we enjoyed our time in the beautiful surroundings of Snowdonia.
Very friendly and helpful owners. Hotel in a beautiful location about 10 minutes walk from Bala town centre, but take a torch if coming home late. Excellent breakfast.
Rather small room with even smaller shower room. Restaurant was closed on the two days we stayed there, which was not a problem for us. But if a hotel states it has a restaurant, it really should be open.
The house was really lovely, with a magnificent view of Bala, the lake and the hills. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and were looked after caringly throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicous, our hosts going out of their way to make them suitable for our vegetarian diets.
Only one - that our bathroom was not en suite, but it was right opposite our room and very comfortable, so it didn't really bother us. Ours was apparently the only room in the house which didn't have an en suite bathroom.
Hotel staffs were very kind and warm. Breakfast were excellent.
We couldn't take dinners in the hotel.
A very warm welcome , excellent room over looking lake, service excellent able to enjoy glass of wine on decking overlooking lake. Good choice at breakfast, nothing too much trouble would stay there again.
Parking limited but always seems to fit all guest cars in and a bit of a climb walking back from bala centre.
