I am not sure my wakeup call was scheduled for one of the days I asked for it. Every time that I spoke with a particular person behind the counter it felt like I was doing them a favor and/or that I was bothering them. The things I was asking for were clarification on the wifi as well as wakeup calls.

Good hotel in great location - very central to attractions, walkable with good restaurants nearby. - Hotel is clean though rooms are a little dated/worn. - Pet friendly and there is a terrace on 8th floor to walk your dog - Rooms had plenty of space. Double beds felt a little tight but were comfortable. Pillows could have been better. - Staff was excellent, especially the breakfast crew. Really nice breakfast buffet included. - MAC gym next door is great, though I wish the hours were longer. - Would definitely stay again.

Pros:Conveniently close to Camden Yards Oriole Park. How close?…..right across the street close. Also next door to the ballpark bars. As for the facility itself, modern and sleek with free breakfast. Valet Parking is $40 for the stay but you’re paying for convenience so for me with a family of 4 and luggage had no choice.
Cons:They do have a pool but it’s currently close due to COVID so can’t really say how it was. Breakfast was like a standard hot plate similar to what you would get from the airlines if your were traveling long distance so nothing special. However if your hungry it will hold you down till lunch.

Having Hilton honors membership did help me upgrade my room which they wouldn’t do it until I told him that I was a member so I was very relieved about that because the initial room they assigned me had no window of note. After that everything was quite nice and everyone was quite helpful. I should add that the parking fees were extreme Although the parking attendants were always very polite and solicitous. If I hadn’t gotten a good deal on the room I don’t know if I could have afforded the parking fees. And any rate I had a very nice day at the hotel and I always think of Hampton Inn is a great place to stay

Pros:I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for the family. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly, rooms were clean and it was in close proximity to dowtown. The pool and hot tub, while small, were sufficient. The Orioles stadium is right across the street, so it would be a great location if going to a game. Also, lots of restaurants nearby.
Cons:The food provided for the continental breakfast was your typical items and looked good, however the location was not sufficient to handle a large group of people. The staff did eventually open a meeting room so there was extra seating. The only other negative is location, if staying with young kids (mine were 5 &7). It was more of a hike than I expected to Inner Harbor.

Pros:Staff upbeat and helpful! Room was clean, all touch spaces were clean! ( Light switches/ door knobs / tv remote / curtain pull rods). Spacious room.
Cons:Bad bathroom handicap accommodation conversion. Bathroom counter not lowered, tub is a standard step in with hand rail. Really restrictive space in the bathtub with all the rails and shower head rod. Mirrors not cantered for standing or sitting viewing .

Pros:We were very disappointed. Hotel was kind of smelly. No fresh air in the building. Swimming pool area was dirty . The hot tub was not hot at all . It was warm water. Someone called for maintenance and the guy said to wait until it warms up (until late afternoon) he said there was nothing they can do about it . We received a great service from all of the front desk staff and we liked the comp breakfast

Pros:The cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast options, and it was nice that they had grab and go bags. I also thought the fitness center was very clean and everything was functioning properly. The valet drivers were also very friendly and helpful, and got the car quickly every time we needed it.
Cons:Very strong chlorine smell in the basement near the pool. One elevator was broken the entire time I was there, and the functioning elevator moved quite slowly. I was also disappointed that there was no hotel bar, as the Hampton usually has complimentary happy hour in addition to the included breakfast. I erroneously assumed that the "complimentary beverage area" referred to on the website included a bar with happy hour.
