ensión Mendoza is a basic, cheap 1-star Barcelona hostel of 16 rooms located in the very La Rambla. Enjoy the liveliest area of Barcelona , where tourists and Barcelona citizens blend in the day-to-day hustle and bustle of town life. You will have no time to get bored: history, art, culture, shopping, clubbing… A full range of choices around you! In the old-town centre of Barcelona , very close to the Liceu opera house, the genuine market of La Boqueria, the delightful Pl. del Pi, the Petritxol Street, full of art galleries and the best places in town serving chocolate… All within less than 5 minutes by foot from the hostel, as well as the Liceu metro station (line 3) and several bus lines connecting the entire city. It is a very simple, no frills hostel, perfect to spend the night at cheap rate, but do not expect any kind of luxury. The rooms are basic, all of them with TV and practically no decoration, but clean and with the minimum necessary equipment. Some of them have a small private bathroom with a shower, others have shared bathrooms. Anyway, all the facilities of the hostel are clean and well-maintained. At the entrance, there is a snacks & drinks vending machine.A very simple place for reduced budgets, with cheap prices and an exceptional location.
