The room was nice place was clean good for the price
There was no maid to clean the room if you stayed there for more than one night.
Cleanliness and modern
We arrived early and the receptionist accomodated us, our children always love the pool. And it was a good variety for breakfast. The hotel is very easily located near the thruway.
Kids loved the pool, and the all you can eat pancakes until midnight. This hotel was very clean, and modern.
We were supposed to be in a queen suite, which was what we paid for, but when we got there they told us that since we booked online, they downgraded us to a two queen room. We had six people and food we expected to put into the fridge.
Staff were not motivated
Our room has plenty of room and clean. Breakfast is awesome with good selections. Pool is great for the kids. Hotel is quiet and not crowded. It's a perfect stay for visiting Niagara Fall, 40 minutes to the falls. Walmart super center is 5 minutes away.
It would be a perfect 10 on the scale if the fridge and microwave are in our room.
Sheets, pillows, towels, and carpet are clean enough to feel comfortable. Overall our room is good, e.g. nice size space for family of four, strong shower, good lighting and quiet for a good night sleep. Breakfast is the highlight of our trip. Great food.
No complain. Perfect and well worth the price.
Clean. great beds.
No towels in room we had to request some.
It was a convenient stop on our way to visit family in Ontario. The staff were very cordial and helpful, and the room was very attractive and comfortable.
The cost was a bit higher than some around but we know we paid for quality.
All of it. Super friendly staff and a great breakfast
Hot breakfast in the mornings, with a large variety every morning. Some of the staff was helpful & friendly.
Pool was 3'6', too deep for anyone shorter than that. Our chair, refrigerator, and A.C. were not working & there was a huge gap in the door frame to the hall...I'm talking about a half inch, where you could see in and out of the room.
The breakfast was great.
The housekeeping staff did not remake the sofa bed.
I requested to have a room next to my friend's room or on the same floor at the very least. It was at around noon on the check-in date. The lady at the desk turned down the request outright without even checking the availability of rooms. We were ended up staying at opposite corner at a different floor. From the manager's point of view, it would be easier if guests stay wherever the manager put them in. Although, I did not expect a nice hospitality as I would have done from Hampton Inn, etc, I expect Holiday Inn would, at least, 'try' to accommodate the needs of guests. I did not ask 'a big window with overarching view.' Holiday Inn might not the Holiday Inn as it used to be, or this is just a problem with Holiday Inn at Batavia, NY.
Location good, newer hotel, food for 2 1/2 star hotel average. Interior & exterior design, decoration, landscape, quick excess to thruway all good, but...
note 4 PR at priceline.its the 3rd time in a row 4 last 7 days I have handicapped room & not once I was asked if I don't mined, very disappointing experience.Often I arrive late midnight & I don't have desire to fight back with front desk 4 better room.
the clerk the checked me was the rudest i have seen she was more concerned in having dinner with her family than checking me in
The bathroom was not clean. There was a hair from down there on our toilet when we walked in. The shower had pink mold growing all along the edges. It was disgusting and should not have been like that as the hotel was recently built.
Free breakfast , large bathroom.
Noise from the freeway was awful! Hotel was poorly constructed allowing so much road noise in. Rooms were bland. Worst carpet I have ever seen in rooms and hallways.
Location was convenient.
The room was not the cleanest. There was visible detritus on the carpet, and the pillows had stains on them.
Overall, a very conveniently located hotel with good ambience, room, and food options in the neighborhood.
All was well until the flush gave way. The front desk called the maintenance person, but no response. With a kid, the night was a challenge as I had to go to the restroom in the lower level. Next morning, still no maintenance till 11, when I left.
It was new, besides that . . . Nothing!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We never slept more than two hours at a time because the hotel sold the rooms in our wing to a group (a bus load) of drunken boxers. When we complained at midnight, they did not call the police until 6:00 a.m.
Big rooms, free wi-fi. free breakfast.
Pool was microscopic. No bath tub in room, shower only. Staff were often not at desk and curt.
That I could leave! Please take this trap out of your roster
The entire hotel was a dive!
nice large room, ac worked well.
too noisy. could hear trucks on highway constantly, could hear kids in hallways running around, could hear room above us walking around. Need better sound proofing of rooms.
Rude unconcerned staff.
When I went to check out on Sunday June 2the charged me the walk in fee not the price line fee. I ended up paying more for the room I was very disappointed I argued with the clerk and e he refused to take the difference off.
