Room smelled terrible
The breakfast was great!
Our room was right next to the street, so the train kept us awake.
Staff was friendly and professional
.Staff was very professional and helpful.
Dirty, holes in bedding and walls. TV remote did not work. Did not get king bed as reserved.
Sleeping in one of the oldest motels in this chain.
Train and emergency vehicle noise
the person in charge is very kind and the housekeeper it's also very nice
Convenient to I 10.
It was old and lacking maintenance. We made reservations a week in advance yet got the worst room. Arrived at 10:30. Had to ring bell for service. The room was cold and the heater did NOT WORK. We froze all night and could not leave fast enough.
Looked scary like bates motel. Very dark. Did not stay @ motel. Went down street to Hampton Inn.
Manager went out of his way to help with a small problem.
I wish there where dvd players
We did not like the unchanged sheets and the smelly carpets.
That the guy woke up and I actually got my keys to the room. I didn't arrive until 2:30 am
The guy who checked me in. Rude!
Very noisy air conditioning unit. The hotel is out of date in a pretty crummy part of town. Stingy on towels. No decent restaurants within walking distance. Frankly, the place kind of creeped me out. The hotel advertises that they take up to 2 dogs but argued with us about the 2nd dog, for which we were paying. I found nicer hotels in nearby San Bernadino for the same price.
