The staff was very friendly and helpful. Smiling the whole visit which is very hard to believe . the room was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Will stay there again and would recommend to anyone.
It was close to where we needed to be. Very ckean comfortable
Rooms a little small
We liked the professionalism of the staff. The lady in charge of the breakfast area worked very hard and was very patient with the guests grabbing here and there and making big messes for her to clean up.
We didn't like the smell of the room when we first went in. It smelled like a locker room. Maybe the filter in the air conditioner or the vacuum cleaner needed to be changed. They were fully booked so we bought some 'febreze' to spray to get smell out.
Found out that they don't accept local residents? That's was unfortunate as I was in the process of moving back to the area
Dirty towels on microwave . Pillow cases was dirty also
breakfast could have been a lot better
Good clean room.
Morning coffee was bitter. Picked location from map showing several hotels in the area and this was on the other side of town.
My room was big, and it was cleen
I made reservations online when I arrived they didn't have a room for Me , than for the second night they did get me my original room. I voiced my problem to the manager and seem as it wasn't a problem.paid full price still! Unhappy guest
People and price
Put in the room right next to the employee lounge. There was a lot of noise early in the morning.
Everything. No complaints. Would stay here again.
Nothing that I can think of.
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and it was over all a great place.
The proximity of where we needed to be was great! The check-in staff was very nice.
The breakfast area seemed a bit small for the number of people they were trying to serve.
The hall ways stink
I was incredibly surprised by the quality of the hotel and my room...more like a 3 or 3 1/2 star! The room was great and seemed practically brand new. Breakfast was decent; waffles, eggs, and the normal continental spread.
Priceline should note whether a room is smoking or not. We were forced to take a smoking room, and the smell of cigarette smoke was DISGUSTING!!!
This place could have been better. The good-Very friendly staff, guest laundry on site, bed was clean and comfortable, microwave and mini fridge in room, wireless internet was faster than average, furniture was in good repair, good water pressure in the shower, nice t.v. The bad-no elevator for 2nd floor rooms, dirty carpet going up stairs, not ground in dirt, but loose material that could be cleaned easily, room could have been cleaner, there was quite a bit of dust in the corners, building and room showing quite a bit of wear. At least there were no bedbugs, and that is the most important thing I look for. I would probably stay here again for that reason, but I would have to think about it.
Hotel did not have elevator. Hard to get luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Also, smoky. I stayed in a nonsmoking wing, but you could definately still smell it.
