The room is clean and the staffs are good
Food was poor. Room service arrived cold on each occasion. Very limited room service menu. Dining options limited. Service in main dining area very poor. Staff spoke more limited English than I would expect.
(1) Excellent, clean swimming pool & athletic facilities--- outstanding! (2) Extensive and delicious morning buffet breakfast as part of my package. (3) Very helpful staff.
No temperature control options (that I could discover) to cool or warm the room to individual preferences.
It's a cozy hotel near by yayunchun. It is located almost the mid point of my two business partner's offices, zhongguanchun and wangjing.
Only little difficulty for me is that subway station is little far from hotel. It takes 10 minutes walk.
Good room and good gym. Breakfast was excellent.
Having to wait around on arrival. Four staff couldnt find our booking and we had to give them credit card details so that if this wasnt the case they would take payment. Was a worry and we still need to check to see if we have been charged twice.
Sauna did not work, need to buy $20 hat to go into pool, food drink too enxpensive
No surprises, just what you expect from a 5-star hotel, convenient but slightly boring.
Location, stay here only after you have seen all of Beijing before.
morning buffet so sucks.
beautifully appointed, very good taste, quiet and clean room, nice bathrooms and pool
the staff is very inexperienced and speaks hardly any English, getting the bill was a pain as I extended my stay wiith booking.com and they seem to have much difficulty handling that, they wanted me to sign various bits of credit card slips for part of the payment etc, I forgot something in a drawerer and I had to go back for it, they could not put it in a taxi to be picked up by me elsewhere etc.
confort of the room - silent, clean, the swiming pool, the good taste in the decor
the staff is very inexperienced, one wake up call came one hour later than requested (and that complicted my day considerably), I had to leave my credit card slip three times
