The Staff were helpful
The Room was too old,, old TV old coffee maker, old furniture...etc
staff was useless, cleaning people absolute dont know what they were doing
the location of the hotel
mostly the stuff
The dinner catered to event wasn't good. However our breakfast at the hotel was good.
location was excellent
This hotel was a disgrace to the five-star chain. Not a single customer service smiles when he meets you. The carpets are stained in rooms, and furniture is exhaustedly old. The TV looks like it was bought from a backyard sale. Hardly anyone speaks English. Motels have better and friendlier services. As for the so-called swimming pool, it was a 3x2 meter which a dog would not want to jump in!
