Near the highway
Room smelled moldy or damp
Location and price was worth it
Friendly service at the front desk. Clean room. Fast check in and out.
Strange smell in the room.
The kitchen in our room and the staff.
NO ice machine. Dirty and old looking. Broken toilet that ran all night. No public space at all.
Surprisingly clean for extended stay hotelV
Nothing was bad. Would be nice to have larger sink tops. Room was large with full-size fridge.
Friendly staff and cleanliness
Innattentive staff, no housekeeping, not a typical hotel environment and when I relayed to them that I was unfamilar with this whole scenerio there was no consideration for this, limited property access and breakfast is a joke!
Easy to get to
Beware! The pet fee is $25/pet/night. Smoke free rooms are not in fact smoke free. I would not come back.
The mini kitchen area was nice
The hotel and room smelled like old cigarette smoke
Charged extra for 2 double beds. The room was not very clean and even had a used glass sitting in the floor
elevator didn't work no plates silverware or cooking utensils in the kitchenette
It has a little kitchen w utensils. Very helpful :
The whole place smells like smoke
Just the bed nice size room
The staff smoking in front of the entrance I arrived at 10.30 got mykey to the room by 1105 pm.
Convenience. The staff were very helpful to my handicapped room mate.
They don't clean the room unless you are there at least 8 days. (corporate policy.) Then they clean once a week. In a hotel where people cook and eat, this is an invitation to problems. IF I had been paying their regular rate, I would not have stayed.
I did not like not having privacy in the bathroom. You can hear everything in the bathroom while in the room.
The employees are wonderful very helpful
It's always been a great place to stay
Great location and close to highways.
The strong smell of cigarette smoke. Would make sure next time we are at least on a smoke free floor.
Room was spacious, right off the highway and not far from dining and activities. Bel Air, Aberdeen, Ripken Stadium, Hollywood Casino and tax free shopping in Delaware.
Maintenance needs to be done to fixtures, kitchen, walls and accessories.
A/c was not working, A/cs need to be serviced The direct tv worker with their trucks not properly dressed.
IT WAS HARD TO FIND IT HAS A BEL AIR ADDRESS BUT THE GPS HAS IT IN ABERDEEN AND IT IS CLOSEST TO ABERDEEN.
Your staff member Reyna Martin is an excellent worker at the front desk. I totally enjoyed how real she is as a person and how warmly she greeted me. I would rate her hospitality as the BEST!
It was difficult at night finding the hotel/motel. I recommend that better lighting be installed, which would help an I95 traveler find the hotel.
Met my needs.
Was not thrilled to learn my room was not ready by 3pm as promised. Was not thrilled 'breakfast' was choice of muffins in a cart in lobby. Bed was hard and towels were very stiff.
Room was somewhat dirty. The refrigerator had food it in from previous guest. The beds are hard and uncomfortable - no bounce whatsoever. It took the staff member at the front desk 35 minutes to check me in. Not a good experience.
There are kitchenettes with the basic home depot starter cabinets, a sink, small refrigerator toaster, coffee maker, dishes for 2 and basic pots and pans and free internet. When you are displaced from home these are very nice to have.
The halls reeked of smoke, the pillows smelled like somebody who was sweaty and dirty had been in the bed. The toilets were power flush but didn't work consistently. The door lock batteries were weak so I kept getting locked out. Nice staff, not worth $
Only dealt with one person.... top notch informative friendly and professional. great value for 2-star at name that price. Windows that open were an added plus for 2nd story.
For the non-smokers, liberal use of 'frebreeze' in the elevator would help tremendously since the 3rd floor is smoking.
full size fridge that worked and was quiet! Small kitchen is nice feature when staying the week.
free wifi was slow less than a meg, but they offer to upgrade. Room is small but it is only for one.
The main cleanliness problem was that the toilet was not clean on arrival. The shower curtain also was not clean. I alerted reception to this on checkout. I have already completed a survey from the hotel and provided details to them about several cleanliness problems. A manager responded immediately by email to my survey submittal, expressing concern and that they hope to do better.
I've stayed here a couple times and the staff have been friendly. The rooms are clean and come with all amenities.
good location, staff ok
ants in the room... traps set out; but still had ants in bathroom, kitchen area and around bed.. did not stay the last night because of this... Staff knew of problem.. hence the ant traps..Room should have been off-line until problem solved.
BUGS IN THE ROOM WE CHECKED OUT IN 5 MINUTES. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK
The were major renovations in progress during check-in. Wasn't too thrilled and my room was on the first floor as renovations. Wasn't pleased.
Staff to busy on personal phone call to check us in. No Non-smoking rooms available when requested, had to settle for a smoking. The elevator and whole 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smell. Bed was hard, decor lacking. Was tolerable for passing through town for the night.
This hotel may be acceptable for a weeklong stay if you get a good enough price. It is not as nice as most 2 star hotels. If you get fresh towels or sheets more than one a week it is an extra cost. Queen rooms come with only 1 bed which is not very comfortable. No desk staff. At least room was clean.
