I loved the cafe and the employee in the morning at the cafe. He was a real go-getter, hustling to help everyone and was so friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect for me because I was attending an event at Crystal Bridges Museum.
The front desk attendant was not there for check in or check out. I had to stand around and wait a while. Even at 7pm check-in and 9am checkout. Just seemed strange to not have someone at the desk during those times. Maybe it was a fluke.
Location to museum.
Curt staff. No breakfast included. Shower head pipe not secured to wall.
The rooms were very nicely redone. Beds very comfortable. Nice lobby area.
It was peaceful, with a relaxing balcony.
The view from the balcony was the interstate, probably better on the other side.
Room was clean and location was good.
The person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable and at times unavailable.
It was easy to get there off of the interstate.
It was an older hotel that had been redone somewhat. There was an odor in the halls. The room did not measure up to a three star hotel.
The staff was very nice and the room was clean. The hotel was well kept and clean. Havin the Starbucks downstairs was a nice treat.
The only complaint I have would be the freeway noise on the side of the hotel we were on. My sister was on the other side and didn't experience a problem with this at all.
Nice room, good location, clean, staff was professional and friendly.
Like many hotels, this one runs air conditioning on a low setting in hallways to reduce costs. I understands the need to cut costs, but this is one place I don't appreciate the cost cutting.
The air conditioner didn't work and it was miserably hot in there.
The wireless internet is does not have a wide enough bandwidth to support the volume of clients. I got kicked off on an average of 6-7 in 5 minute. This is an ongoing problem, not just an isolated issue. Just not worth it and when the staff was informed, they just said they couldn't do anything about it. The hotel is under a never ending re-construction. The kitchen staff is loud and the breakfast is subpar. Too many hotels in this area to deal with this one.
Although we arrived early, our room was ready. I was impressed with the comfort of the bed and enjoyed the spacious room with a sitting place. The layout of the room was nice and the room was kept clean. The staff was extremely friendly and we felt very welcome each time that we left and came back in.
Even though rennovations were underway, the hotel didn't miss a beat. The staff is courteous and well trained. I would stay there again
I stay at Marriott because they are a non-smoking hotel. Not only was I placed in a handicap room, even after I asked to be moved, but I have not seen such a smoke filled room in a long time. They must have tried to cover it up because the fragrance in the room was overwhelming. I couln't wait for the next day to come to check out a day early and find another hotel. I was much happier at my Sleep Inn the next night.
This was a great hotel to stay in. It was right off the exit, very easy to find. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There wasn't any noise from the highway, even though it's close to the hotel.
Freindly staff, clean and updated rooms, excellent facilities.
I had to make reservations fast to have a place to stay for my son to go take a test in a close by city and the easy access to the hiway was great! The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was pleasant to be in. I travel alot all over and I own a hotel so I can say that I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.
