The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated and clean, plus it is in a great part of town. It's not on a busy street, but within walking distance of all of the must see things in town. We were also happy that they had a private parking garage because even though it was pricey (18 euros per day), it was nice knowing that our car was safe. The breakfast spread was fantastic! We all really looked forward to breakfast each day.
The only downside was the wifi being hit or miss.
All of it! Especially being upgraded from a room to an apartment.
Number of facilities available.
The room assigned had almost no windows and the location was not good. Too far from taxi stands or subway entrances. More for tourits than business travellers.
Very nice, spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. For those really looking for the apartment service, the kitchen is well equipped and stocked.
Cleaning staff knocked twice the morning I was leaving to see if they could clean (isn't that what checking out is for?). Expensive internet. At the lower rate following the Berlinale film festival, I would have given higher marks for value for money, but it doubled during the festival.
very modern design and nice staff
excellent friendly service gave brilliant advice on Berlin the city and what too see.
the only thing but very, very minor walking to the U-Bahn and various restaurants
