The staff was very accomodating and responsive. The apartment was very clean and secure with all the required facilities. Ample amount of towels were provided and changed daily. The rooms were also cleaned daily
The only problem we faced that we had to go to the hotel for breakfast however we knew about this before hand so no complaints ! However if breakfast time is increased for people staying at apartments (say till 10:30 AM) then it would be great !
We stayed in Appartamenti building number 1 which is so very close to the centre it couldn't have been better. Large room, large bathroom along with an outdoor area for guests use. The price we paid and what we got it couldn't be better. (make sure you go to parent hotel for brekky as fresh juice and "real" coffee)
Having found parent hotel Astoria Hotel we had to then trudge to appartamenti which just happens to be closer to the rail station than the hotel! Very minor but very frustrating on a hot day and after long train journey
poor kitchen, not very clean
The appartment was big and clean. The breakfast was also good.
The noisy street where the appartment is locating.
very well located, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable small apartment
no wifi in the apartment... internet access is important to me no microwave in kitchenette television only received limited selection of broadcast channels-- basic cable or sky satellite would not cost the hotel much and would be especially nice for non-Italian visitors
