The overall customer service is superb! Staffs are nice and very accommodating! Breakfast spread is okay but can be improved. Rooms are spacious and very clean! The only downside and I dont think the hotel has control over is the crowd outside the hotel. Its a meeting point for those who are scheduled to do their activities. Other than that, its all good!

They have welcome drinks and snack that you can avail during your stay. They have an in house restaurant and cafe open for breakfast until dinner. The buffet breakfast is already included in our stay which was delightful. Ample amount of food offerings. We got a clean and freshly made room, beddings, and they even prepared a complimentary cake for my birthday and our anniversary. They have a coffee station in the room too. Very good water pressure in the shower. Comes with refillable toiletries and dental kit. Facilities like the pool and the gym are well maintained. You always see the staff especially the housekeeping and wait staff wearing their smiles and very accommodating. One suggestion is they should have water stations on each floor instead of the plastic water bottles to promote sustainability in the island. They should also open the pool around 7am and place depth markings. Overall our stay was pleasant because we chose a good accommodation.

The hotel has a perfect beachside location. Staff are attentive and friendly. Their transfer service from Caticlan airport and return is super efficient and excellent value for the cost. The dining room buffet for all meals is well stocked with a wide variety of local and western dishes, well prepared.
