The staff and the location were an are OUTSTANDING!!!
No refrigerator in the room. Water pressure was to low for a good shower
The staff was wonderful, let us use their microwave and managed to get us paper plates and utensils on short notice. The location is marvelous. We will be back.
There was simply nothing to complain about. Oh, it was a little tricky to get a consistent temperature in the room.
The beds were super comfy
Rooms were very cold and for the quality of the room that had outdated appliances and not even a mini fridge, the price the price was a little high and the fact that guests have to pay for overnight parking is slightly ridiculous.
The staff were very nice. Location OK to resturants
The size of the beds were small. Had 2 double beds and they were short. Charged for car to be parked. No continental breakfast or even coffee except room coffee Bathroom was small Needs updated
Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms small by put very clean. Rooms were large by today's standards
Not enough outlets to chage 2 phones and 2 tablets, the main accessible outlet was connected to light and had to remain on for outlet to be on. The facilities were very dated looking and I have never stayed in a room with such thin walls. The person next door sounded like they were in our room.
Dirty, wifi didn't work, I had to buy new linens to feel comfortable
The model is a classic example of a '60s motor lodge but updated to modern standards. Very clean and professional. Great staff, GREAT location near two T lines - green and orange. Terrific value for money.
Staff was smiling and helpful. Location close to metro and Barnes and Nobles (+Starbucks).
The hall was very noisy during the night with guests in the hall. No staff keeping an eye on things during that time.
Proximity to Prudential Tower and the staff was very helpful
There was no WIFI for guests
Great location for a good price, helpful and friendly staff, for the most part very comfortable rooms.
Internet is overpriced and does not work very well, not good bathrooms, it's an old hotel needs redoing/upgrade.
The location, the size of the room (although the bathroom was tiny).
It's rather ugly, looks like a motel (outside and inside), it looks somewhat rundown. The rate we paid was very high for the type of hotel it is, although it was a busy weekend in Boston and they probably offer lower rates at other times.
I liked staying at Midtown Hotel because of the location. Location is everything. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing i did not like were the beds. Too hard for my back.
close to the city, nice large clean rooms, good staff
Good location near subways which were also great. Easy parking under hotel. Rooms basic but very clean.
towels where a little thin but clean.
The cost, great value and the convenience
location was good
room felt damp and bathroom was un-satisfactory. room facilities such as tea making were poor
