    It smelled like marijuana every time I stepped out of my room. The staff was unfriendly and acted as thought the last thing they wanted to do was help you. The beds were uncomfortable and the noise had me up at 6:30 am daily

The hotel was designed with the budget-shopping traveler in mind. All rooms have TVs with cable channels, coffeemakers, fridges, microwaves, hairdryers, and there are some with sleeper sofas. This hotel is right in the heart of Back Bay Boston. There are plenty of options for food and drinks within walking distance from the doors. The famous Cheers Restaurant is just a mile and a half away. It’s easily accessible on foot or by subway. There are much closer choices though just steps from the hotel’s property.

There are streets lined with lots of interesting shops to visit. Copley Square is just over a half mile away. Guests also won’t be far from Trinity Church, the Skywalk Observatory, and the New England Aquarium.

The Midtown Hotel is located in one of the richest cities in the country with regards to history. Visitors can be transported back in time by visiting some of the founding locations of the United States. Boston is full of interesting culture and many things to do that make for a good time.
