Staff was inattentive and seemed bored. I arranged for a crib for my room for my son and upon arrival, it was not in the room which was hugely inconvenient. I had to call to have it brought up. Also, wifi should be free in this hotel.
What you would expect from a Westin. Clean, fairly modern rooms, big TV, complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea. It's connect by skywalks to other malls so you can get to many places without even hitting the street. Had little interaction with the staff but they were all courteous and efficient.
$55 for parking is a joke
Comfort of the room is excellent also the facilities to move to the shopping area awesome!!!
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Pretty good fitness center.
Pretty long walk to the Hynes Convention Center, where my meetings were. I always think Internet should be free, and $15 a day seems like gouging. Likewise, great omelette from room service, $55 for breakfast is absurd
Staff was very attentive and accommodating when I first arrived. I loved the hotel room--clean and classy feel. The location was perfect as I could access so many areas without having to go outside.
Nothing to report.
The Westin of Copley Place is an excellent stay in downtown Boston! It is centrally located to other hotels, restaurants, and shopping. My daughter and I stayed during the 2015 Snowzilla when transit was shut down. The staff handled it with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We were able to access other hotels and shopping malls by the air bridges. These bridges connected to downtown buildings so we could avoid the harsh cold and snow. It was an added plus since we are from California! The staff made us feel at home with Boston charm! It will be my "go to" place from now on!
Great location! Clean and comfy hotel with nice amenities. Beautiful view of the city from 21st floor
Rooms are comfortable and staff are attentive. The connection to the mall, prudential center and restaurants were great given the 3 feet of snow during my stay. Convenient to the Hancock, Pru, Newbury Street and everything else in Back Bay.
In a few years, the rooms will need a refresh. It's a high volume hotel, so things get fully used.
Great location with easy transportation around town.
I got to the hotel very late on a Friday night. I had requested a late check in and 2 double beds. When I got to the check in desk I was informed I had been given an early check in with 1 king size bed. After speaking with the manager on duty I was assured my original request would be fulfilled. Not only did they give me 2 full size beds but they put us on the 35th floor overlooking the river. The staff at the Westin was FANTASTIC, so incredibly accommodating and nice! I would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat.
service was great and location was perfect. Heavenly bed is a winner every time.
