Great location if you want to stay in the Back Bay Area. Clean rooms and linens. Staff was attentive and quick with requests for more towels etc. Got a great deal on the rate through a promotion on KAYAK, under $200 a night for a holiday weekend.
Very spacious rooms, great location next to restaurants (a lot of them), shopping, transportation, you name it.
Kind of too big. Lobby was filled with tourists and flight attendants, just really massive hotel. I prefer boutique hotels.
Loved the location and the view from my room. Overlooking the river and right next to fun shopping and wonderful cafes.
It was a wonderful experience. Very quiet and extremely friendly desk attendants as well as valet service.
Valet parking needs to clarify outdoor signs.. I originally thought it was $50 per night, not just one payment.
It was conveniently located next to public transit and hotels. Rooms were very nice and spacious.
Tarek was outstanding at the front desk. It was mayhem and he was efficient and delightful. In addition, Freddie, who ran breakfast like a clock, was a character. Combined with the location, you can't beat this Sheraton.
Excellent location. Best price during a very busy time in Boston, the hotel was sold out. Great workout room, pool. Attached to the Prudential center, close of train and subway.
Small bathrooms. Freezing with inability to control the temperature. We had two rooms and both were very cold. The hallways were colder
upgraded room for free
smelled like BO
Fire alarm went off 2 times at 5:00 am and my wife and I had to walk down 23 flights of stairs . One of the scariest times on our lives.
Size of the room, amenities provided, location was spectacular
Some parts of the hotel smelled like cigarettes
