The staff are great and very accommodating. The room was lovely, nicely decorated. Our bed was super comfy and we had a great night’s sleep. The hotel was spotless, with signs stating they were short-staffed, but we did not notice. The front desk staff were extremely kind.

The TV remote didn't work properly. Room smelled like smoke, one of the drawers had a loaf of bread and a loaf of bagels… weird. The air conditioning did not work well. Rugs in room were damp. The handicap washroom did not have grab bars or a raised toilet.

The breakfast was ok but not enough fruit available. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great menu selection. Coffee always hot and 24/7 was fantastic. Good selection of food.
