Great value, clean room, everything worked.
Nice little motel , clean room, staff friendly
Simple in its location. The room itself was easily accessible. Beds were neat and very comfortable as well as the room.
The sink was immediately plugged-up when we started to run the water and couldn't use it for the time we were in the room.
roof over my head!!!
the room was dirty...the continental breakfast was a joke.....the clerk wasn't very friendly...I felt very unsafe.....just not a good stay at all!!!!
It was clean, older building, needs some updating, but was very clean
the breakfast that was offered isnt what I expected but it was food
that i had a bed to sleep in
no outlet in restrooms and if i found a outlet it had 3 or more cords plugged in it . never even got to use the free breakfast because it was closed before i got in there ..
Neat and Clean
Free wi-fi and cable
Not very clean or updated recently Burns in the rugs, cracked porcelin in the bathroom Beds lumpy and uncomfortable
The water from the shower backed up. I found that pretty disgusting.
The hotel is very old. Pink tile in the bathroom. Very little room to walk around.
Location or us was great. We had to go to Olean frequently and it was close to route 16
Sometimes the wi fi played up
How nice the people were.
Room was clean. Price was right.
Room smelled very musty/damp.
The people who arrived next to us after 9pm who kept slamming doors. The walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING!!!!
The room was filthy, food left under bed from previous tenants. The heat was inadequate, it was sub zero temp outside and the only heat that worked was the ac/heat pump, the baseboard heat was inoperable. The ceiling had a previous leak and was not properly repaired so the spackle on the ceiling was falling on our clean clothes and coats overnight. When I took a shower at 8 am the morning after the hot water was luke warm at best, and the bathroom was cold due to baseboard heat not working. When I spoke to the managers at checkout all they would say was 'very sorry, very sorry'. I would not recommend boarding a pet at the Americas Best Value Inn in Bradford, PA!!!
The location and they were pet friendly ...
They are pet friendly BUT their is no exersise area for your pet to potty. And the staff are NOT very friendly, the room was very cold took about 3 hours to warm up !
Having microwave and fridge in the room, especially as there were not many restaurants close by.
there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom and none close enough to a mirror for drying hair etc. Also the heater and bathroom fans were way to loud.
Was clean and quiet.
I couldn't understand the hotel staff when they were talking
Nothing great about this motel except low price.
This motel provides least facilities for the price. The entrance and the toilet doors were jammed. The room smelled as if it was not opened for long time. The bath tub drainage was bad. The breakfast was disappointing.
The availability and price compared to surrounding hotels.
Not many guests and felt a little insecure.
it is a good place to stay for a night. no complaints
First of all, let's put this into the proper perspective. It's a motor lodge. You're not going to find water fountains, a la carte dining, or a concierge helping you pick out clothing ensembles. Much to my delight, the place was very clean, the owner (or manager) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and best of all: there were no unsavory characters lurking around. This place is set in the Appalachian Mountains and is surrounded by numerous areas to grab a quick bite to eat. The bathrooms are weathered but the toilet and sink were new as the bathroom was clean. Decent and clean microwave and fridge. I have no problem staying again.
This is a very old Motel and it needs updating. There was a refrigerator and microwave, but the tub leaked all the time and the room was a non-smoking room that smelled of old smoke. It was kept as clean as you can get a room of this age but there were several problems with the room. It served it's purpose during my stay, but I am glad the rest of my family was not with me. They would not have stayed. We would have left and found another room somewhere else.
