As A motel General Manager myself, I was very impressed with the property and appreciated the Excellant customer service that Angel provided.
Beautiful, well appointed and up kept property, excellent staff. Overall fabulous and would recommend.
Grille food was slightly dissapointing.
The place was very clean and the stuff where all willing to help you. I would stay at this place anytime I was in Branson!
The hotel staff, especially the lady in the Sweet Shoppe were very enjoyable and attentive to anything I wanted.
The way Kayak did the booking. I needed to cut the trip short one day which I found out before the end of the first day and could get no refund or adjustment from the company Kayak used or the front desk. I will not use Kayak to book a hotel again. In fact I was told to deal directly with the hotel if I wanted to eliminate confusion and getting stuck like this.
