The view was nice.
A lot of suggestions for improvement: 1. The personnel need to be more polite (they were rood and totally untrained - refused to release invoice and receipt of payment and had to insist for two weeks telephonically to have them sent by post, they did not know the SPA programme and I had to make some investigation), 2. The room was OK, but the balcony door could not close and each time I opened it, I had to call the reception to send someone to close it. 3. No parking place at all. Next time I shall certainly try another place :)
the staff of the hotel wasn't very friendly, some of them seemed malicious.they made comment about the tourists eating like pigs at breaskfast and the staff of the receptions didn't accept paying by banking transfer because apparently the money need at least three days to arrive in their account. in some rooms the furniture was very old.
we had a two bedroom appartament ,new ,very clean /swimming pool was great but it's not included in the room fee.breakfast was ok .
parking problems and the room service was not what we expected.
I liked the view to the mountains and the facilities (piscina, massage, jacuzzi )
The personnal was not trained at all , they can not answer to your basic questions , very slow, and the principal problem was the ugly big insect which was climbing the wall in the dinning room when we had the breakfast ;also I did not liked I have give my card details when I have booked but it was not pay, so I had to spent other time at the hotel for this ; the massage was great but nobody give you clearly details before about prices but after you can have an unpleseant surprise ; I rather recomand to ask at the reception the price list and checked when you sigh the paper or when you pay ;
