The hotel rooms need to be renovated the bathrooms are gross and there is mold growing in the grout in the bathroom surround.
It is very good for a stop-over and a good value for the area.
It is a lodge. It is not plush.
Conveniently located near the Mt. Washington Cog Railroad
I was disappointed to be charged with an additional 'resort fee' upon checkout.
1) The Location is key2) The lower prices help make Bretton Woods affordable for those who can't stay in the main hotel nor Bretton Arms3) The shuttle service comes right away and the drivers are fantastic
1) The front desk staff was hot and cold. One man was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly and he's the one who originally checked us in. It didn't start our vacation off on the right foot to have such an unfriendly personality.2) The rooms are VERY bare
The pool sauna and jacuzzi are filthy. The maid didn'the show up till 6pm and was more of an inconvenience than anything. The person at the front desk knew less than I did about the place and area and was completely unhelpful.
It was great to have access to the mount Washington hotel.
Renovated rooms, location, staff
Pillows too firm, breakfast was okay, resort fee too high for the benefits, rate a little too high for the quality of the hotel.
every thing was wonderful
It should list under motel not hotel, there were no shower curtains in bath room. A/C was nit functioning properly
The location was fantastic and we were able to us all of the amenities of the resort. The view was awesome.
The adress of the lodge was not in any of the GPS directions or google maps. The rooms were often cleaned very late. The shower head in the bathroom was not cleaned and because of this the water pressure was very weak.
Location is terrific and the resort services
Shuttle service timing in am way too long. They need to work on bathroom cleanliness
The rooms were great and the bathroom & showers were fairly large. The staff was very friendly and the 24 hr shuttle sevice was just fantastic, no matter dinner, the ski area or just out for drinks you just let them know and it was there in minutes.
The only thing I would like is a small fridge and a microwave in the room for late night snacking. Cooler was fine for drinks but fridge would work better for food.
Being within sight of the Mt. Washington Hotel and having access there.
Nothing offered for breakfast. Coffee was good, at least.
The location, and the availability of ammenaties of the entire property.
There was no refrigerator in the room. The pool area didn't open until 8:30
Hotel was fine. Not happy with Priceline staff. will never book another reservation through Priceline ! The staff was RUDE and kept me on hold for very ling time
Free shuttle and close to Bretton Woods ski area.
For the $25 per day room charge, that covers a morning newspaper and coffee in the lobby, I don't think they should have run out of the (Boston) Sunday paper on Sunday. Also, they should have trail maps available.
Location, location, location -- if you plan to ski. Plus, very nice views from the room.
The resort fee is ridiculous for a place that is not a resort, but associated with one. They consider morning coffee and free internet as resort amenities. Come on! But Priceline did warn about that fee...
room is a little dated, but good overall.Shower is great. You can't beat the location & staff are very nice.
No micro or mini fridge.
