It is a real neat build. The kids loved the open glass elevators. The room was really clean and we had a balcony. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Pros (+) This hotel is gorgeous. Unique construct with a lot of facilities. I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons (-) I didn't like selective hotel staff. These individuals did not have a hospitality attitude. However, they might have reacted to my attitude because I saw irritated that my card didn't work at the gate. Regardless, hotel staff must retain their utmost professionalism while dealing with guests.

Pros (+) Its your basic hotel. Its not as nice as you would expect from the brand. This is due to its location, is what it is.
Cons (-) Ordered Breakfast and didn't even eat it. Over priced first of all. Eggs were half powdered, bacon was raw but yet burnt black, English muffin tasted like rubber. Took one bite and put it back on the tray. Fix this issue and the place wouldn't be too bad.

Pros (+) The mattress and pillows were comfortable, the furniture and decor were decent, my daughter LOVED the waterfall and glass elevators (even though the elevators were truelly filthy.) It was nice having a TGI Friday's in the building.
Cons (-) No continental breakfast, our room was HOT, the closet doors wouldn't close, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, the hotel was pretty dirty, the pool water that was supposed to be heated but was lukewarm at best and located in a freezing-cold Atrium so it was not even worth swimming in case you were so so so cold. There was no hair dryer and when we asked the stagf for one, they said they would bring...
