For me I was very pleased with my stay and the people who work there.
Pros:Fantastic staff did everything in their power to help me with problems I had with the airlines.
Cons:Hotel needs a refresh.
Cons:Very clean hotel. Staff is accommodating. I was forced to stay over because of a cancelled flight. So I was without luggage and things I needed. They made sure I was well taken care of.
Pros:It has a convenient location and reasonable price next to the airport. Shuttle makes catching a flight convenient. Staff was very friendly such as front desk clerk Janet. Everything in the room worked well. Room was comfortable other than mattress.
Cons:The carpet should be replaced. Mattress was not comfortable and sagged to the middle. There was a constant sound like overflowing toilet from room above that annoyed my handyman, mechanical ears.
Cons:Food for breakfast not too good
Pros:The front desk employee that was working when I called was very helpful and understanding. He directed me on what I needed to do to book and receive a promotional rate. Got me a nice room, was pet friendly, and met all of my needs. I slept in since I arrived SO late and was able to head out comfortably at their 11am checkout. If I am ever driving through again I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business. Thanks again.
Cons:Parking was gated... somewhat inconvenient but I understood it to be of necessity since the airport is right there. Soap dispensers in the shower. Efficient/not as wasteful im sure... but penny pinching when the room is $115+/night.
Pros:Chose Pear Tree for its location to the airport. Happy hour is okay and breakfast is very early at 5am. Shuttle goes every 20 min. Reasonable park n fly rate. Comfortable bed and decent room. Staff were very pleasant.
