Not much it was a very average Holiday Inn Express - The pool was OK
The breakfast was in the lobby without enough seating, the staff just laughed when I mentioned the inadequate seating. Go early to breakfast to avoid the cramped buffet and poor foods. Cheap yoghurts and COLD cinnamon buns
Clean and comfortable with helpful staff.
Close to highway
Lots in the area, very nice staff and more than adequate rooms. Nice pool area as well. Good breakfast
It smells very bad, does not qualify for 2.5 stars, and it is a shame that this hotel belongs to Holiday inn Express.
Everything was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice area and just off the interstate.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. The pool area was very clean with lots of extra towels. Didn't go into the weight room. Our room was very quiet and comfortable.
Towels had a musty smell to them. Like the weren't dried all the way and were folded and put up. The shower curtain didn't have a plastic backing to it, it was just a cloth curtain. This caused the floor to become super wet and slick after a shower.
great location Clean rooms. Staff is helpful
no hot tub at the pool.
The staff was incredibly friendly and kind.
They forgot to clean out the refrigerator after the previous occupant checked out. This would have normally been an issue for me BUT - much to my surprise - there was vodka and icecream within... so I let it slide. Cheers!
Large and clean bedroom, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staffs
I liked the breakfast
The hotel should have no smoking floors. Although I was in a no smoking room, one could smell of cigarettes in the hallway and elevator on my floor.
Staff members were the best people ever!!!!
My room was non-smoking area....But, smoking smell was so strong for staying in the hotel. Also, smoke detector was broken in the room: I heared alarming without any smoking or fire issues.
Reasonably priced for the quality.
Noisie elevator door.
The Holiday Inn Express in Bridgeville matched our expectations of a 2 1/2 star hotel on Priceline. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and our overall experience was good.
Staff did there best to please their guests. Breakfast was good. Others restrauants were also close. Room was clean aand comfortable.
This hotel was a very good value. Also, we found it very peaceful. Beyond that, breakfast was absolutely incredible. Your server Tanya was very hard working and efficient as well.
Stayed at this hotel twice. Once on the way to the east coast and again on the way back. It was the staff that brought us back. The hotel was located on the outskirts of Pittsburg - which is what we wanted. Easy on / off the highway. The staff was friendly and gave us ideas of things we 'had to see' while in the area - not just tourist traps.
We stayed at this hotel, when I picked my husband up from his travel home from overseas, very nice hotel, check in time wasn't till four, but we got our in our room by 11 am i belive...the front desk was very friendly...this hotel is a short drive to Cabelas and that was great for us! We would stay there again if he flew into Pittsburgh area again...right off of I-79.. The only thing we didn't care for was the shampoo and stuff, it was very small, and took almost a whole bottle for just his hair, and he has his military cut... They do serve a hot breakfast included with the price..looked good, but we just didn't eat from it.... Also the pool looked nice, again we didn't use that either... Overall a very nice clean friendly hotel....just make sure to bring ur own shampoo!
Great folks work at this Holiday Inn. They have a wonderful and friendly staff. The morning host in the coffee shop is just great. Enjoy the clean rooms and pool.
We came in late and were pleasantly surprised by the nice accomodations. Very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and went out of the way to be helpful. Very convenient to Pittsburgh. An above average continental breakfast provided.
The woman I encountered at the front desk was so consumed in whatever activity she was engaged in that she could not take the time to make eye contact with me while I was checking in. I received a room that was not the type I book and when I asked to change rooms, her was, ''No.'' Excuse ME?!?! I did not even stay there. I had to pay for an entire night's stay to cancel as well as pay a booking fee to get reservations at another hotel about 15 miles away. This entire stay was inconvenient.
