Pros (+) The location was excellent, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Check-out later incurred a fee (extending to 14.00) but luckily we could leave our luggage for free whilst we toured around after usual checkout time (11.00).

Pros (+) Room was adequate although lighting in bathroom needed improving. Staff very friendly.
Cons (-) Waited over an hour for breakfast - admittedly it was half term week & they were very busy but the breakfast room is clearly not big enough for the number of rooms they have .
