The Beaulieu National Motor Museum, New Forest Museum, Sammy Miller Museum, and Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary are also near this property, which is about 25 minutes from Southampton Airport and just steps from Brockenhurst Station.

All rooms are individually decorated and furnished, offering luxury accommodations with four-poster beds in most rooms and select rooms that feature a private balcony. Pet-friendly accommodations are available in certain guest rooms. There are a total of 16 smoke-free rooms and suites available and complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the hotel.

This hotel offers its own restaurant for guest dining. There is a bar and lounge, as well, and luggage storage is available.
