There was nothing at this place I liked. Worst night of my life.
everything! This place is a dump and full of bed bugs.
The room had a stale smell to it and didn't appear to be very clean. The toilet didn't flush and the stucco was falling off the ceiling. After a snow storm they did not plow the property or clean the snow off the steps the guest had to use.
This was a place to spend the night, I definitely wouldn't recommend an extended stay. Our room smelled like it had been freshly smoked in even though it was clearly marked No Smoking. The door had to be slammed hard to close and was very difficult to open. The price was definitely right though. If you don't mind smelling like smoke stay at this place.
first the battery of the card reader on the door was empty then the tv was just from 1985 and when i saw 'the pool' at daylight i had enough !!!! there is no pool ! well there is a covered something with lots of trash on it .
when we arrived here it was after hours and nobody was there at after hours desk. had to call phone 3 times to at desk to get them to answer. staff was friendly when checking in and out. also had to call staff because another guest started yelling at 2 in the morning, which they were able to take care of.
1. They upped the rates $20 per night because 'there was something going on in Louisville'\n2. It was generally run-down and part of the roof was falling off onto the parking lot\n3. The grass surrounding the property was approx. 3 feet tall. There has been a drought in that area this summer so I am suprised there was any grass at all; several of the shrubs were dead. \n4. Our room smelled of mold and mildew. (see item 6...)\n5. One of the lights did not work; neither did the alarm clock. I tried to call the front desk for a wake-up call four times (2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday) nobody ever answered the phone.\n6. There was a hole in the carpet and the carpet was wet from a rusted, corroded sprinkler head dripping.\n7. The 'continental breakfast' had no juice, no milk, 2 slices of stale bread and a few stale doughnuts available for the entire hotel. The excuse I was given was that the doughnut delivery man did not show up Sunday. Evidently he didn't show up Monday either because it was the same. I was told they had some fruit they could bring out but once the guy went to get it he never returned (I waited, and waited, and waited)\n8. The parking lot was very cluttered and dirty. \n9. The room was clean but very shabby
