Great location and friendly staff
We were impressed with the comfort, cleanliness and efficiency of the Hotel and especially enjoyed the Sydney photographs on the walls.
Helpful staff, good price, good facilities in room and in the hotel generally, close to metro station.
We could not believe how huge the Room was( We booked the Superior double room)! It was unbelievably comfortable and clean. Even though it was right downtown, it was very quiet! The breakfast buffet was good but might have had a few more things for selection. This would be my only negative for the Hotel. The security parking was perfect and only cost a few Euros more. The Staff were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitly try to stay there again on my next visit to Budapest. By far the best hotel experience I have had in this city and I have been there about eight times.
Not really something we didn't like but it is rather interesting trying to find the Hotel because of the side streets but this is typical for Budapest.
Room was spacious and very beautiful
it's comfortable and the rooms are very good
no restaurant and a welcome drink of champagne was offered but it took the hotel 2 days to restock their champagne!
