The truck was fine. I just didn't reserve one: I reserved a mid-size car. Then the staff tried to "upsell" me a luxury car where they should have given me one at the same price because it was their fault to begin with. So I took the truck. Horrible business model.Reviewed Sep 19 2022

Pros:Most things easy. staff was ok...kind of rushed through somethings. This was our first time renting so I actually wanted to know what they were saying.Cons:Fairly smooth experience. The only negative thing was the open bottle of alcohol and pistachio shells found in the pocket of a seat, gross! Otherwise we really enjoyed the rental of the ford Transit for a long trip with 7 kids in tow!Reviewed Apr 30 2021
