The reservation hold what? The cars were all out. They offered me a 15 passenger van. Come on. Dont rent what you don't have.

A pre-paid rental that we waited nearly two hours in line to pick up. That put us well after midnight getting out of there with 2 small children and an unwashed car.

Fun driving the Telsa. A slight learning curve but I picked using all the bells and gadgets quickly. The Budget person dropping it of was excellent.

Car was dirty inside and out. Car a maintenance warning on the dashboard that was coming on every time I started the car.

Pickup was a pain, got a vehicle with 7% charge and then when I went back inside to exchange there was a long line of people that I had to wait behind to exchange my vehicle. The woman also initially tried to charge me the wrong price that was much more than what I booked it for. Drop off was a breeze though and I really liked the ease of just parking and walking onto the airport shuttle.

They did not have the vehicle that I rented and had nothing but excuses….I rented a pickup because that’s what I needed, received a mini van and we will call you… I had to call multiple times and then just showed up to finally get the pickup. The van and the truck were in horrible condition and were filthy. What a waste of time and money.

Wait over 1 hr to pickup car, and was forced to pay extra to get a non electric car when I hadn’t reserved an electric car.

I’ve used budget twice in the last month. Everything was fine EXCEPT the pick up experience. The infrastructure and logistics were awful and both times we had to wait 1.5 hours until getting the car.
