Price was going to be about twice what I was quoted, so I canceled my reservation.

I paid for all tolls and never got a pass so when I went through the gates it said unpaid tolls which made em uncomfortable but I paid all day pass for 25.99 for two days

I accidentally put my pickup time as noon, but arrived at 10 am. I was peremptorily told by the clerk that they would refuse to allow me to pickup my rental until 11:50 at the earliest. She didn't even try to see if a vehicle in my class was ready. (I rented a 15 passenger van- I saw 8-10 ready on the lot.) No budging. The manager gave me the same attitude- just didn't care, couldn't be bothered about the HUGE inconvenience they put me to, with my family of 6 in tow. And then when I came back, the manager tried to give me some small SUV, which betrayed his lack of attention to serving me well. Utterly disappointing.

They didn't have any hidden or extra charges and didn't push for additional insurance. I got upgraded from manual to auto to the next level up. Charged deposit of inky $105 and not exorbitant like some other agencies.

Didn’t get to rent a car but thankfully I had zero issues with Enterprise.
