Pickup at Sacramento airport took a bit longer than expected. The representative was great. The Jeep Compass was a bit small to be considered a mid size SUV. My husband was barely able to see under the top edge of the windshield because it was so small and there was mo way to lower the seat. The trunk space was small as well. Drop off at Reno was extremely easy and the attendant was very friendly and efficient.

The car was clean and pick up and drop off were very easy. However I never received an invoice/contract for the rental. This has led to confusion over how much I paid and what I was paying for. I would have loved to have seen a breakdown of what I was paying for.

Car was filthy. Not cleaned interior from previous driver. Trash in glovebox, stains of food and other on seats and door cards, very bad smell in the car. Car given with tyre pressure low.
