Easy pickup and car was clean, smelled brand new still, and had great comfort. Rented a compact suv but enjoyed the VW Jetta though I don’t necessarily care for sitting so low to the ground. Drop-off was just as easy and would easily rent from this location again!

I was given a car not in the same category as the one I ordered. It was an awful car and the registration is expired.

They need to tell you the damage to the cars before renting them so you can verify that and any damage you found. There was a chip in the glass that couldn't be seen in the underground lot till i went outside luckily i saw it and called it in. All in all was a good experience. Saved money going through Kayak thanks.

At pickup, the girl was very nice, but the guy was a real jerk. He was very arrogant and wouldn’t even look at my phone when I tried to show them I booked a small SUV. He bullied the nice lady into giving me a Kia K4 when my email reservation clearly stated “compact SUV.” This guy has no business being in customer service.

I was charged an extra $20 late charge when I returned the vehicle earlier than I had reserved it. If this charge was going to occur for returning the car at 11 pm like I put in the reservation it should have been in the quote. There was a group at the airport at 10:15pm when I returned the car that couldn't get their car. They were calling the number with no answer. They need to work on their after hours policy.
