Great efficient service. I did not get the vehicle that I wanted (electric) however it would have been available had I waited a bit. I said I was indifferent so it worked out. The steering wheel was crooked however the vehicle drove fine. Must have needed a wheel alignment.

I live in Canada and was on a Canadian site. Nowhere during the booking process did it state American funds. When I picked the rental up, the agent stated the approximate price I said that was incorrect. She then immediately told me that it was in US funds. Obviously this happens often since she didn’t have to ask me any more questions and knew exactly why the price was higher without me explaining anything further. The car was booked in Canada and picked up in Canada. This is a very deception way to get people to choose your rental over another since there are many companies to choose from. Shame on you. I did not have the extra $130 to spend.

Customer service was terrible. Also they tried to scam me out of almost 3k dollars by claiming i damaged their car. I have all the documentation to prove i didnt but I will not be renting from them again.

The pickup process was horrible. It took 2 hours to get my car. The pickup system is confusing. There was a desk for pickup but they directed us to a stand in the parking structure. The line for pickup at the stand was very long. I would not rent again through Budgest at the Rome airport.

Car I booked wasn’t available explanation was no payment no guarantee so we have to settle for whatever is available. The car we got was mustang red EV outside was obviously repainted with poor paint job worked on and inside there was sign of spillage all over.
