The first car I was given had a flat tire. I had to go back to the location center to change car. Since I needed to take a flight rapidly it was not ideal.

Our overall experience was very good. Great car , nice counter lady, good instructions for pick up and return. However, the car was.DIRTY! Unwashed, bug smeared windshield, and lots of trash inside. Fast food bags, soda, cans, and drink cups. I’m back paperwork from the previous renter. Open box of crackers and lots of crumbs. We have never had a rental car given to us so dirty. We were going to be driving guests around so it had to be cleared out in short order. Not what you want in a rental car.
