Waited over an hour at the Budget line/counter. Other counters had very short lines

All good, besides ours flight was late and there was no key communications.We have to stay 8 hours on airport overnight until someone show up at 8am.There was number on counter to called but no one was answering.

Only 2 people working the counters over an hour wait to get helped. Then over and hour to get a car and not the car selected we received a compact suv instead of an intermediate suv. Never again!

All Budget fleet is supposed to be non-smoking but ours clearly had been a smokers car. It took five days of driving with all windows down to make the smell tolerable

I purchased third party insurance through kyack and they made me buy insurance there for $100 they claimed the insurance I purchased is not adequate enough to get the rental. Then I noticed a family of bugs in the car from the giant spider under the passenger seat to the roach like creatures that crawl all over inside at night. Other than that the truck was solid.

Upselling at pickup was very pushy, tried to say I booked a compact suv when I showed them the reservation was for a intermediate suv, over charged me still anyway
