There were 4 people ahead of me when I went to pick up the rental car and only 2 agents. While I was waiting in line, about another dozen clients walked in - I would not have been happy to be the last person in that line. It probably took me 30 minutes to get the car. (2 interruptions by customers who were having issues with the cars they just rented) The agents were friendly and professional, the car suited my needs and I had no issues with it beyond connecting it to my iPhone for the navigation tool. Returning the car was very easy and quick and the shuttle promptly returned us to the airport

The Grand Highlander was a good choice for 4 people and luggage. The overall quality was good, the ride was good and smooth.

The car was excellent and the employee was working so hard but it took a full hour and a half (90+ minutes) of standing in line to pick up the car because there was only one person working the rental desk (at noon!). It was the longest rental car line I've ever experienced and it delayed the rest of the trip. I wish there had been more employees working.

Nice car, easy experience but they tried to add a $30 junk fee that I had to wait in two different lines to get removed. It’s happened multiple times to me where rental companies add junk fees on top of the agreed upon price without telling the customer just to see if they can get away with it which is unethical.

The car was filthy dirty. The windshield had something on it that wouldn’t come off.

When picking up the car, was just pointed in the direction of the car and left to find on our own. Could have been a little clearer on location as garage was large. Drop off was painless!

Checking in was bad. Agent said I needed $67 toll package and gas refill was cheaper with budget. Both incorrect!! Only had a $2 toll and gas was $.30 cheaper outside of airport. Car was dirty inside and out! At drop off Manager was wonderful and gave me a refund for above costs!
