I cancelled my reservation but keep receiving no show fees from budget. Have had to call several times. I assume this is related to a lack of communication between your systems. Very frustrating

They told me that I had to provide official document to prove when I entered the country. I followed their instructions to gain access to e-devlet. When I came back with what they asked for but they said reservation is closed because I didn't pick up my prepaid reservation within 3 hours. They said nothing about 3 hours when they instructed me to get a certain document. They didn't truly cancel the reservation and give my money back.

Coming from the north to drop off the car, there were no signs to determine where to find the rental drop off. There were no maps from pick-up to show how to get out of the airport or back in to it.. Apple Maps took me to a hanger north of the airport and said I was 200ft from the drop off. In a mostly empty parking lot. The small Budget office outside of the Airport loop that I found told me to go west on “379 to the end, about 3 miles, and follow the signs”. There were NO signs until I had bumbled my way to the Southern side of the airport now going east and started heading north around the airport. I spent an hour going back on forth trying to locate the rental drop-off.

No car told me to wait 1 day, came back next day after changing my roadtrip itinerary and they still had no cars. Offered me a smaller car at 3 different locations. Finally just went to hertz.

The staff was slow, took 30 minutes for two people to support three customers, the rental car a Tesla 3 was beat up and in very poor condition. The steering wheel was peeling, inside and outside dirty, and banged up.

Absolutely awful. I bought Kayaks insurance and the lady at the desk forced me to buy theirs after charging me twice.
