Excellent and the gentleman who was working the desk deserves a raise. He was patient and very helpful with it being my first time renting a car there.

Budget was overbooked and was not able to fulfill our reservation. We ended up having to rent from another company.

Price was the draw and at least the counter was still open and they had a car despite our much delayed arrival. Bad news: ridiculous wait to get the car (40 mins) and was not informed that car had significant crack in the windshield. Fortunately someone had written what was an apparently indecipherable note regarding this issue on a side window so we didn’t need to worry about paying for it.

The car was fine and the agents were very nice. However, a one-hour wait on line to get the vehicle is unacceptable.
