There was NO CAR AVAILABLE! I waited all day and never got a call back for the van to finally be available. I had a family trip planned for a birthday, rented a cabin in the mountains and had no transportation. I was willing to wait or pick up a van at another location 70+ miles away. I will never use Kayak again.
