Pick up was a very long wait at the airport and we had to wait for a car to be washed. Even though we had reserved a 7 passenger car we almost didn’t get one. It was a little frustrating. The car ended up being perfect and stop off was super easy.

Car could have been cleaner but it ran perfectly all week. Rental guy tried pushing his insurance on us and told us your insurance wasn’t good. Rental guy wouldn’t let me add additional drivers for free like you promised. He didn’t give us a key, but sent us out to wander around looking for a girl in a red shirt. The return lot had construction and no signs telling us where to park the car so we had to go inside and wait in line.

We had to wait in line for three hours to get the car and then another 30 minutes to get out of the garage. Worst experience ever.
