It was quite an inconvenience when I edited additional cost and loss a whole dayof the trip due to not having a reliable car and then be told that I have to pay $115 USD if the car is not clean. Instead of making ammends giving me a unreliable car the sought to punish me. Time is money and I loss way too much.

They told me I needed a credit card and would not allow me to use debit like your website said. Poor communication and I want a refund. I’m quiet furious on the quality of care and the response from kayak

The pickup staff tried to put another day on my rental because I arrived 30 minutes early. When P asked why tge cost was double, they afmitted their "mistake". The dropoff inspector asked me to fill out a damage report over a pen-tip sized mark on the windshield. The 1st time in my life this has happened. I will advise people to avoid Budget car rental.
