They had trouble finding the right car for me. At first they gave me a very large SUV that I didn't want. I was going to take it anyway, but the paperwork was wrong, so the final gate guard would not let me drive away. Then a man from Avis fixed the rental and gave me a good intermediate SUV (Mazda CX-5) that worked out great.

nor friendly arrival, unclear about rate and insurances bought CDW and got a small damage, had to pay anyhow around 450 usd for that.. very very unclear.... will never recommend budget

Everything was fine. Except when we return the car on Saturday, April 18 around 3 PM. The attendant said that my invoice would be sent to me probably by email never heard a peep from budget. Would like to know what’s going on.!!!

The customer service was good but the quality of the car was very poor. Needed an oil change, the car has a lot of dents and marks on it.

The line to pick up the rental was unreal. Under-staffed, and it took well over an hour to pick up the vehicle. And the cost was too much for a small SUV.
