Only problem was cars were not ready - had to wait for them to be cleaned.

Pre-booked our vehicle weeks ago to move my child home from college. Flew across the country only to find out that they had no vehicle for us. Had to scramble to find another company that would help us…on Memorial Day weekend. Shout out to Enterprise/Alamo. I WILL NEVER USE KAYAK OR BUDGET EVER AGAIN.

Attendant turned us away stating they don’t have any cars. She didn’t care and told us go somewhere else

It's a scam. They force you to buy insurance with them even though you have insurance. They come up with different excuses, the law, policy, .. even though it's not mentioned anywhere. Again, they don't accept insurance from third party. It's very disappointing dealing with them.

I had a ten hr delay thanks to United Airlines. It was a rough day but getting my rental checked out at 10:00 PM was the easiest thing I dealt with all day. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and made the whole thing simple. Thank you! The Jeep was fun to drive :)

We waited for over an hour and a half in line and still hadn't even made it to the counter. People who did make it, had to wait almost an hour for their car to be be available. We ended up taking an Uber to our event. Otherwise we would have missed it. Definitely do not recommend that office.

Got a hybrid EV Camry and it was great on the gas! Since gas prices at the pump are so out of control!

They did not have a car for me when I got to the airport. My flight was changed to a 10 pm arrival instead of 1200. I called Budget at midway and was assured I’d have a car. None was arrived when I arrived and their was no reassurance I would get one .

No car available at time of rental. Budget stated that they didn’t have time to get a car from time of booking the day before. Had to come back at the end of the day to pick it up instead of 1pm when it was booked
