Extremely rude customer service. We were next in line at the indoor desk at ATL airport when the agent asked if we were paying with a credit card. I replied yes. I noted the previous guest just used his credit card. I was then told we need to move to the outdoor desk to be assisted. I asked why since we already made the reservation online and I was not aware that Budget would even accept cash, check or Venmo etc. We did not receive an answer just told to move to the other desk after we waited in the line for 40 minutes. This agent continued to care for some of the people in line. We moved outdoors in the heat and waited in another line for about 30 minutes. Since we had to move, people who were behind us in the original line were now in front of us. The agent who assisted us when we finally receive the car was pleasant. I asked to speak to a manager (which no one was available) to inquire about the move from indoors to outside. Another agent commented well we needed to offload the line. I said we were the next guests indoors when we were asked to move. The response, “oh then I don’t know.” Overall would never rent a car from this facility or this company due to lack of organization and incredibly poor customer service.

The location it's ok but the staff has to be more efficient and treat all the same because without customers you don't have business and I was treated so bad with one representative name Janet from isp location

There was no car there for us! Our weekend was ruined

The pick-up process was long, and the staff was not very customer-friendly. The vehicle seats were heavily stained, and we were told to have them cleaned and that they would reimburse us. We asked to extend the rental period by two days, and we ended up paying a higher rate than the rental agent quoted at the end. When we returned the vehicle, we requested a final invoice to be printed, and we were told one would be emailed to us. We have yet to receive the final invoice as of this date. The office staff at drop-off were not very helpful, and you get the feeling they are doing you a favor by answering your questions. Will not rent from them again

Easy pick up and drop off. Bonus that the mini van was new with only 850 miles. Comfortable for the family trip with space for the luggage!

Dodge Hornet Hybrid was great! Very economical for all of the driving we did & large enough to fit 3 suitcases & stuff. Comfortable ride. Appreciated ability to puck up & drop off at different airports.
