Easy, comfortable and good customer service.

The staff was slow, took 30 minutes for two people to support three customers, the rental car a Tesla 3 was beat up and in very poor condition. The steering wheel was peeling, inside and outside dirty, and banged up.

Absolutely awful. I bought Kayaks insurance and the lady at the desk forced me to buy theirs after charging me twice.

We were thrilled to find a car available to drive from Detroit to Chicago late Sunday evening when our flight was cancelled. The employee at the rental counter was friendly and professional despite it being the middle of the night and us being frazzled. The price was reasonable (especially for a one-way trip) and the car was spacious and clean!

This ripple experience was disasters to say the least I missed the whole reason that I rented the car for so I basically drove in the car for 3 days for no reason.

Car was clean. New actually. Tank was full. Checkout and checkin went smoothly.

Budget has definitely become more budget over the years. My “upgraded” car was not Apple CarPlay equipped (1st time in years of renting that I’ve seen this). Wasn’t explained to me so of course I didn’t opt for gps feature. Turned into a bit of a mess as I was trying to navigate off my phone. Check in was quick, but not helpful in any meaningful was. Car was rather beat up. Scratches/dents/intetior all showing age. Drop off was supreme. I’ll give them that.
