Did not get car that I was told I would get. Car was poorly maintained, alignment and tire problems. Vibrated down highway. Staff has one speed which is slow.

Confusing signage at rental center upon arrival. They need someone to direct people to where to go to rental counter to pick up car. I had followed signs to Budget (3rd floor) then had to find someone who told me to go downstairs. Frustrated 😣
