Pros:Great car for the price.
Cons:Confusing drop off after hours. Hard up-sell push.
Pros:Easy to pick up, great value for the car, easy drop off. Staff friendly.
Cons:Drop off was a little scary since no one was present
Pros:The second vehicle we received after an initial exchange was very comfortably to drive and was good on gas mileage.
Cons:The first vehicle we received had to be returned because it's bumper came off as we were driving on the freeway. When I called to ask for a different vehicle the customer service rep seemed a bit annoyed with me because she had to exchange the vehicle for me When returning the vehicle on time late Monday afternoon I was charged for am additional day of service because the vehicle was not checked in until the following day I had to call personally for a refund.
Pros:Everything but the car worked out fine.

Cons:there is no budget pickup at the airport, I had to get a cab to go get my rental....very displeased about that.

Cons:did not have my level of car ready... they said I would have ot wait 45 min to get it, or they would upcharge me and give me a higher level... First time in 30 years this has happened... NOt good customer service

Cons:I am handicap and I asked the person at drop off if they had a manner for me to get to the airline and he said you can walk IT's not that far, I do it all the time. He said they have wheelchairs inside, if you need one. (Seemed uninterested or concerned about my situation.
Pros:The staff was confused about the Costco rental agreement and I showed them the paper work. I Declined all options verbally and initially them all but inadvertently accepted loss damage waiver

Cons:I was HIGHLY unsatisfied with the customer service I recieved. The car gave me a warning light during my drive I called to notify the office and they assured me it was probably something minor. So I continued on with my Anniversary trip... later I smelled something burning and now I had two warning lights on..so I preceded to the closet budget to see if I could exchange the car... they informed me my car had to be exchanged at the airport, so I went there. I was informed at the airport that they could NOT accept the car even if it was having problems... they did not resolve my issue AND DID NOT assist me In how to resolve the issue they basically sent me on my way and said that hopefully I'll make it back to my original office... The problem I had took a ALMOST a day to run around trying to figure things out and RUINED my spouse and I anniversary... at the end of the trip I turned in the car and even after all the headache I was not even compensated or even apologized to for the issues... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
