There was some discrepancy with the voucher - everything should have been covered, and reality ( we were charged a bit extra at the end). Also, there was a push to buy insurance when doing the pre-check-in online, which we weren’t able to opt out of until arrival.

Sucked. Didnt have ev i booked and switched me 3 times. Two hours wait to leave airport with an ev. No courtesy amends. Cars were all dirty. Not. charged up. I wasnt only one. Never again.

Kayak advertised we would get a suv compact. When arrived at budget, they offered a small sedan.we were counting on a small suv. When we told them and showed them what we booked they said it is kayaks fault for misguided customers.

I was paying with a debit card, and due to the fact that I didn't have a credit card they charged me an additional $30 per day for insurance. I was not informed before my rental until I was already there. My mother was extremely sick and I needed to drive to see her, and they were holding this car until I got charged more than advertized.
