When we got to the pick up location to get the car they had very limited stock. We reserved and paid for a small SUV, and all the could give us was a small compact car. I would like to be reimbursed for the difference from an suv to a compact

The car itself was AMAZING! Unfortunately, I was provided with no information about pickup or the process of pickup. Pricing for deposit was also not provided. Overall unhappy with lack of information.

There were no cars available at my pick up time. I had to rent through another company. That was annoying but the person working at the Budget was very transparent, helpful, and gracious.

It was a seamless experience! The front desk experience went smoothly and quickly, the staff was attentive and helpful. I didn’t get the Chevy Malibu as I had hoped, but the car I got was even better: the 2026 VW Jetta GLI. It drove like a dream. No issues whatsoever. It was clean and smelled good. I was happy that there was an unlimited mileage option. Bringing it back went smoothly and quickly as well. Only thing was I was told at the front desk to keep my gas receipt to show I filled it up before dropping it off and the attendant in the lot said that wasn’t necessary. Besides that, everything went fine!

Car was great. Was not given helpful directions on pickup spot and return spot. Dropped keys in box at return since no one was at counter. Rather nervous about that.

The Toyota Corolla and staff service were excellent; however, the original amount quoted at the time of the rental was a total of $112 and the recent bill being charged to my account is significantly more at $129.94. The final bill with the higher amount was emailed to me rather than provided when I returned the car so I was not informed of the increase at the time and could not request an explanation. Please reduce the charge to the original amount or provide a clear explanation
