When I went to pick up the vehicle, they told me they didn’t do same day pick ups. When I ordered the car online, there was no issue placing the order and nothing that said they didn’t do same day pickups. I mentioned that nothing was said online about this, and I didn’t receive and email or call or text explaining otherwise. She said “well our inventory guy doesn’t do his job”. So I drove out of my way, and thought I had a car secured, but I didn’t and was met with rude customer service.

My Reservation Number - 42854989-US-2. I picked up the car on 3/25 at 8.55AM and was supposed to return it at 4/09 9.00AM, but I returned the car ONE DAY EARLY. I returned it at 4/08 around 8.30 PM, but I am still being charged a LATE fees. I received the car with full gas and I returned the car with full gas. I filled up the car from a gas station near cary. The only driving after filling up the car is around 5 miles or so. But I al also being charged for almost 2 gallons of gas. I believe that both cases above are cruel and budget is just trying to squeeze more money out of customers without any valid reason. IT IS UNFAIR TO CHARGE LATE FEES WHEN THE CAR WAS RETURNED EARLY. Very disappointed and heartbroken. Note: When the car was returned the previous day, I even walked into the office and asked the lady about a checkout receipt and the lady said that there is nothing for her to give me because I am supposed to do just leave the car with the keys inside and the guy will check it in. (please check your camera during that time).

Staff was friendly and helpful. No hassle. However, the car smelled like smoke when I first got into it. I had to call to make sure I wouldn't get charged a cleaning/smoking fee upon return. Also, the day I was driving back to the airport to return the rental, I stopped at a gas station to fill up the gas tank. I was unable to do so because the small external panel that covers the gas cap wouldn't open. I tried everything I could to open it, but no luck. So unfortunately I had to return the car with no full tank of gas. I called customer service again and they said they would make note of it. Here's to hoping I'm not charged the outrageous re-fueling fee.

I loved the lady I had who checked me out her name was Corrie and she was really sweet and when someone else checked out my car she was quick to offer a better vehicle customer service was A-1

The pick up location closes at 4pm during the week and NOON on the weekends. This is not posted on any information given by Kayak, priceline or any confirmation email. There is no after hours number. So we were stranded with a toddler in the heat with no way to get the car we booked and paid for. We specifically booked a gas cars, only to be told they don’t have any available at pick up. The man working the counter was rude and unhelpful and tried to charge us 2x what our reservation quoted. Do not rent here
