Having read previous reviews, I was pretty scared, but to my surprise everything went quite well. Everything was explained and made understandable. Only thing that ruined the full experience was driving out of the parking garage. It was really narrow and last turn was so hard to make with the car that I rented so I curbed one rim and horror movie started to play in my head. Just to be sure I took full coverage to the car and I wasn’t charged. Staff was also very friendly at the pick-up and drop-off. Overall it was good experience with Budget.

One of the worst places to pick up a car. Expect very few staff and hour long wait time.

Check in was quick and painless accept that there was only one customer agent. She was quick and efficient. The car was undesirable. It had been scratched down three panels on the left side and marked with permanent felt tip. The car was unwashed or vacuumed. The ride was loud and had a tire noise usuallly related to unbalanced wheels. I was not told about the damage before I went outside to the car. The return agent was good.

I did not enjoy waiting an hour to get a car I couldn’t charge and having to run around as they kept giving away my car when I showed up for my original reservation

While I had requested a economy/small vehicle, I got a small SUV. Fortunately it got good gas mileage. It was very clean, ran well, and served our needs. The person working the Budget counter when I picked up the car was not overly friendly. He didn't seem particularly interested in his job. Later in the day that I rented the car, I discovered I had lost my driver's license. It most likely happened at a beach, but I thought it might be possible that I left it at the Budget counter. I called the counter a couple of times trying to reach the employee, but my two calls were forwarded to a main Budget number. I drove back to the airport to try to talk to the employee. I discovered he was chatting with the gentleman at the information booth. It was frustrating that no one ever picked up the phone at the counter.

Awful. I will never be using budget again. They closed early leaving my wheelchair bound wife with no rental car. Had to spend $150 on Ubers to the Airbnb and then back to the airport the NEXT DAY where they then forced her into an upgrade. Awful awful company. The customer service agent on the phone was rude. They didn't even compensate us for the one day shorter rental.

Very understaffed. They gave me a car, then wouldn’t let me leave because it was in someone else’s name. They had 1 person working the desk outside and he had to go get cars for people. It was very long and disorganized.
