Cons:My flight arrived at 11:43 pm. I called the rental desk, which normally closes at 11:pm, and I was told they would stay open if I put the flight number and time of arrival on the reservation form. I did that, my flight arrived on time, and the desk was closed. I did not pick up the car.
Pros:The staff at pickup was overloaded. Fastbreak was very slow.
Cons:Fastbreak could have been quicker. The car had a terrible Cigar odor that caused me an the passengers to feel sick to our stomachs. We had to periodically open the windows to try to mitigate the cigar smell and sick to stomach feeling. I'm requesting a credit towards a future car rental. Thank you.
Pros:Customer service representative was helpful.
Cons:I reserved a full-sized car (which was categorized as an Impala or similar) would not comfortably fit a car seat in the back seat. I was forced to upgrade in order to have a car that worked. Won't be reserving a car through Budget again.
Cons:The hours of operation were very odd. I could have read more fine print but most people assume at least regular 9-5.
Pros:The agent was friendly and funny. Checking-in electronically made it so I was in and out of the store very quickly.

Cons:After leaving the rental counter to pick up car, we had to wait about 25 minutes for our car to be prepped. There were no other customers and the staff was moving at a snails pace. We asked three times what was taking so long and were told the car needed to be cleaned, vacuumed and gas up. Why they need so much time and why they would wait until a car was rented to do these things is ridiculous.
