Pros:The folks I dealt with were friendly, personable and accommodating. Very pleasant.
Cons:I realize it was late, but no "once-over" with staff, so I was worried I would be held accountable for scratches on several parts of vehicle - I wasn't. No handbook in the car, so took a while to figure out some important features. Also, low tire pressure light was on when I got the car, so I had to stop and put air in the tires.
Pros:The service was quick and friendly. I didn't feel pressured into adding extra costs to my rental.
Cons:I would have liked to have been told that I didn't need to buy the tank of gas or that it could have refunded to me bc my trip was so short but that info was not provided to me.
Pros:The personnel were delightful to work with...the car was immaculate and fully fueled...the car (Kia) performed extremely well...the process of renting and returning the car was flawless including the reservation itself.
Cons:Nothing went wrong with the experience with the process of renting the car.
The care had several flaws when I picked up I was afraid I'd be charged for (i did take pictures). They still haven't sent me a final bill.
Pros:The car was a great value
Cons:Pick up was difficult. Location was unclear, only one clerk on duty, only one car valet on duty, outdoor pick up area unclear and made it so people were waiting to pick up or turn in a car. Check out clerk also asked me to bring the valet an extra set of keys and ask him to check the mileage. I did not receive a copy of the damages receipt on pick up because the valet “did not have a way of making me a carbon copy”.
