Pros:Car was ready. No line at the counter. Handled the paperwork quickly and had me on my way.

Pros:Staff was great. Car was fine.
Cons:Reservation was for Saturday 1p pick up and Sunday noon drop off. There was no warning at time of booking online that I could not return the car on Sunday to this location. So I had to pay an extra fee to return the car elsewhere. It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying. Mostly because I would have made my reservation elsewhere, and saved a few bucks.
Pros:I had reserved a subcompact, but drove off with a Toyota Camry. Sweet!
Cons:The car had not been washed before we rented it though it was clean on the inside.
Cons:Customer service was incredibly poor. Indian call center blatantly lied.
Cons:Office was closed when we arrived. Could not get the car.
Cons:We were unaware of the fact that in order to rent a car from the airport you must have a round trip airline ticket. Hertz is refusing to refund our money even though the agent told us they couldn't "qualify" us.
Pros:Yes. Good value and easy kiosk next to baggage claim.
Cons:Drop off not setup for high volume of returns. Took too much time. Garage not set up well.
