The car was clean and in good condition. However, I spent one hour in the check out line on the heat to get the car, while the Budget representative warned us that he would only give water to people who smiled at him.

Got there, they had no cars, Budget lied that more cars would be coming in just a few minutes, so I should wait; no more cars were or did come. Awful experience. It was like the Seinfeld episode; they know how to take the reservation, they don't know how to fill the reservation.

I wanted a van and really needed a van. I got lucky that avis had a 7 passenger car because my only other option was a 5 seater or passenger van. Had that happened i would have been furious. I should not be worried about getting the vehicle i need when I book it in advance.
