Pros:The car was new and clean
Cons:I had to wait almost 1 hour ti get the car... The process was extremely slow... Nothing changed after me expressing our concerns
Cons:Long line (>30min) at pick up
Pros:Good car, good condition, good service
Cons:There was no water in the windshield wiper tank. Rear wiper was loose and pointing down.
Cons:They were supposed to reopen at 3pm. The garage was open but not the office. We waited around until 330 before parking in the garage, leaving the keys under the seat and a note under the office door.
Cons:Upon arrival, the dates for our rental did not align with our reservation and when we dropped the car off in Naples, we didn't receive any paperwork or receipt so we hope all is well.
Pros:Nothing. This was the worst rental car experience of my life.
Cons:Do NOT reserve a rental car through Kayak, and especially not Budget. I arrived at the rental office minutes before my reservation time, they looked my reservation, but they said it was at a different location. I took a train there, and then was told my reservation had been CANCELLED. AWFUL!
Pros:Honestly nothing. We were lied to. The best part was the rep from the other rental car company we ended up using.
Cons:This was the worst possible experience I could have imagined. We chose to use kayak and budget because they are supposedly reputable companies but this experience was a total scam. We were told our reservation wasn’t valid and would need to book a different car for 3x the price once we arrived.
Pros:Quick check in, car parked nearby and Quick drop off. Car type delivered as displayed boy booking
Cons:The lady at the Desk first tried to offer a smaller MPV (for the same price), then tried to sell extra (unnessecary) insurance at the day rate of the car and other unwanted extras. At pick-up the car was not explained at all, which gave Some trouble at first as the car was full of gadgets.
Pros:i like that the drop off was fast
Cons:The big line to thake the car All the time there is a proble with the insurance: not well explained, priceline gives you external insurance so first you have to pay the moeny and then recover them (if..), however at Budget they offere you their insurance saying is better...a whole mess
