So my flights into GR got cancelled and Qeeq (the company I made my reservation with) did an excellent job helping me get refunded even though I was not within my 24 hour prior cancellation time. They communicated very well on everything and I would use them and Budget again.

Huge line waiting to rent car. Finally got car could not find in the rental area. Drop off was a breeze. Cost more than original estimate.

I used to work in the rental car business so this is not coming from a perspective of entitlement but rather experience. This SUV that was rented was simply not cleaned at all. There was a complete lack of care by the Budget employees at the airport in Buffalo. I did not report this at the time because the walk to the car is far away from the counter and I had to get to my appointment. Complaining wouldn’t be necessary and waste everyone’s time if a job was done properly from the beginning.

They hatched me twice for the rental. Once through Kayak- QEEB then overcharged me for the vehicle at pickup since they couldn’t see that I had already paid for the rental.
