First time renting with Budget. The Tacoma location of Budget/Avis has good staff, they were very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I rented the car for 7 days, and added 1 extra day that was $75 because of daily rate plus the Insurance that covers total loss/theft/vandalism etc. I used my debit card and they placed a $200 hold. In closing it was good. I would definitely rent a car with the Tacoma Budget/Avis location again.

The drop off was very fast. No time wasted if you are in a hurry for your flight. The prices are the cheapest for renting a car. The line may be a little long for renting, but it’s worth the money saved. Fast track is the fastest way to go!

Location was great. I didn't like the choice I had for a car. Only had a hybrid for our reservation. Didn't want a hybrid. Hybrids drive like an electric car. Dramatic deceleration with hybrids and this makes my wife carsick. Was hoping for another choice but none available.
