We drove 3 hours to pick up the car and we was not able to because of very high security deposit hold and would not accept our payment.

Horrible pick up. Not enough staff to help over 40 people in line to pick up cars. Computer with dot matrix printer takes at least 15 minutes to process each customer. Antiquated and too small of a rental car office and lot for such a right volume of customers. Unable to get car out of lot do to other cars being parked blocking rental pickup.

Check in process took an insane amount of time to get the car. Then I was overcharged for an extra day.

The wait in line to rent our car was about 90 minutes. Then we waited over 30 minutes outside the building as we were told the car was being cleaned. When the car was finally delivered the interior was not clean, and the car exterior was still wet.

Pick up in Tucson was fine but would have been nice to have a person to ask questions about the vehicle. It was 100% self service. Drop off was good, easy, and complete in 60 seconds.
