They screwed up with me The contract was not loaded in the system when I picked up the car The contract was not closed when I returned the car They charged me 3 times the value which was exhorbitantly very high They did not refund me the over charge fully It is is a nightmare to deal with the customer service I will advise all my friends to never rent from Budget

Very bad experience, they enforce you to buy car insurance and it cost more money than the rental They charge me €35 a day just for Insurance my current Rental cost $10 a day so the insurance was more than my current rental. Plus I weigh two hours to get my car.

The car was old, wasn't cleaned properly and the key fob was going dead (battery). When I returned it no one was at the counter to inform that the battery needed to change or give me a receipt. It worked fine, but wasn't a good experience.

Be careful when renting from Budget in LA. These guys add a “fuel option” to your bill — they say it will not be charged unless you return it with the fuel tank empty. This is NOT TRUE. If you bring it back full, they will still charge you the $100+ for the fuel option unless you physically go to the office to dispute the charge. The guy at the counter even told me that this is a way the guys at the counter “try to make more money” — so be aware.
