I encountered a wonderful experience and would absolutely make Budget my next rental.

I was given a filthy car outside and inside and was told that if I wanted a car that day thats the one I had to take. He appeared to be alone because the other patrons had to stay in the office while we walked to get the car. I was told to go to another location and change the car if I wanted to after I explained why I needed a different car. Read the google reviews. never again.

Could not pick up vehicle, no one was there to give me a key. I had to Uber everywhere.

They did not have a car ready despite me making my reservation days before. It was worse than a Seinfeld episode because I got downgraded to another car. Truth is I was lucky to even get that car because that was the last car left on the lot.
