The car pick up was seamless. It was only the third time on my life renting a car, and I was nervous about being talked into talked into extra services, features or insurance rhat I didn’t need (since I was using my own insurance. But there was none of that. There was just the economy car I rented )I bc was given a Kia I was great in gas, as promised. And the attendants were helpful and courteous during pick up

Car was dirty inside and out. Car was low on oil and no windshield washer fluid.

The car itself was AMAZING! Unfortunately, I was provided with no information about pickup or the process of pickup. Pricing for deposit was also not provided. Overall unhappy with lack of information.

There were no cars available at my pick up time. I had to rent through another company. That was annoying but the person working at the Budget was very transparent, helpful, and gracious.

It was a seamless experience! The front desk experience went smoothly and quickly, the staff was attentive and helpful. I didn’t get the Chevy Malibu as I had hoped, but the car I got was even better: the 2026 VW Jetta GLI. It drove like a dream. No issues whatsoever. It was clean and smelled good. I was happy that there was an unlimited mileage option. Bringing it back went smoothly and quickly as well. Only thing was I was told at the front desk to keep my gas receipt to show I filled it up before dropping it off and the attendant in the lot said that wasn’t necessary. Besides that, everything went fine!

Car was great. Was not given helpful directions on pickup spot and return spot. Dropped keys in box at return since no one was at counter. Rather nervous about that.
