My friend had the car reservation. Car broke down and 2 women stranded on the highway. Budget wouldn't help us. Finally police officer helped us after we were left on side of major hwy 1.5 hrs.

I was cheated on fuel. The car was given to me about half full. The GMC Denali doesn’t have a standard fuel gauge but miles till empty. I returned the car full and the agent promised me a $50.00 credit which I did not receive.
