They wouldn’t except my card so I could not rent from them and now I’m out $32 bucks on the insurance I paid for up front. Straight BS

Drop off was good. Truck was good. Pick up was bad. Korean lady was rude during pick up and took almost an hour to get our truck. Wasted time.

I am currently working on getting money back. I picked up and dropped off car to and when agreed upon. Unfortunately they show the car dropped off at a different location. To make matters worse, they show a different vehicle than what I used. I hope they are able to resolve this.
