Pros:Overall the experience was good. Picked up and dropped off just fine.
Cons:No place to park car when picking up/dropping off. You have to kind of pull the car up on the side walk. It would have been nice to have been told about the tolls and speed traps in a little more detail.
Cons:Overcharged us, drop off was a pain (confusing where to drop the car, waited forever for someone to help us).
Cons:No cars available when we arrived had to wait 1 hr for a vehicle to be dropped off before we were processed
Pros:Not much. The front desk folks were nice. Thats about it.
Cons:With in the first 30 minutes of the rental we had to pull in to a service station because we got a tire pressure warning light. The next day the car broke down in the middle of the street. It took an hour to get a tow truck and the taxi they said they ordered for us never came.
Pros:Friendly, helpful staff. Car was as requested. Good location in Lisbon near a metro stop. Not too hard to get to or from.
Cons:Long line for pick up and seemingly slow rental process.
Pros:Overall process was quick and easy. Very nice agent.
Pros:The staff was accommodating for a late car.
Cons:Our car reservation was made for 10am and was not ready until noon. The staff were not transparent at all with their pricing. They charged us for an additional toll service when we very specifically declined it and they were very vague and evasive when asked about such fees. Very poor experience.
Pros:they made everything simple, great experience. Would definitely do the toll control again too.
Cons:the tank size of the hybrid do not allow for long distances per tank.
Friendly service
Pros:Very professional service! Great car, we were given a diesel for the price of a petrol due to availability and it proved a real benefit as the low end torque was very useful in the hilly terrain of Portugal. I would recommend paying the extra for a diesel.
Cons:I bought full coverage primary insurance from Kayak, but this wasn't recognized by the rental agency. I fault Kayak for this as it was not made clear at the time of booking that I would have to provide a deposit anyway. Poor and misleading service by Kayak
