They threw a rate change at us at pick up, but did not verbally say so. Yes, we signed the agreement in front of us, but no one said that there was an increase for the weekend. Ended up being an extra thousand dollars on top of the original booking for just three days.

Car windows were filthy with a layer of smudge. Windshield wiper spray did not work. Windshield wiper was too large for car (Passenger side). Car itself was very nice, lots of features. Good ride. Exactly what I signed up for.

It took a total of 2.5 hours from the time I walked in and left in the rental. That’s plum ridiculous. So for me I will probably never use Budget again, my first and last experience.

Car was very nice. Easy shuttle ride the the Budget location. Wait time in Budget was long. 9 check-in desks and only 2 people working.

Budget did not have the type of car I booked available. I ended up having to pay $15 more dollars a day because they only had one vehicle available in their entire fleet. I should not have been able to book a vehicle that wasn't available.
