Got to the budget counter, 200 people in line, two people working behind counter, frustrating for the customers and the employees

Even though I completed the early registration before arriving at the rental car center, there were no agents available, and my vehicle had not yet been assigned. All Budget and Avis customers were directed to the same queue, resulting in a wait of more than 1.5 hours at 2:00 a.m. At the end, I left by car ride and cancelled the car rental

Good service, great selection of cars. Only negative is the car was slightly smelly inside - smelled like someone ate a bunch of fast food in it. Also was not vacuumed.

The original vehicle we picked up had a tire with a slow leak and the passenger seat was very stained. We returned it the next day and were given a different vehicle with no issues. The rental agent was very nice and helpful. Upon return of the vehicle we were charged a refueling fee even though we filled the tank at a station just outside the return center. Customer service was very helpful in getting the charge removed.

At pick-up they tried to give me wrong vehicles and told me that my agreement was for a premium sedan and not a premium SUV Cadillac XT6 or similar. Told me they could put me in a SUV for additional money. Finally agreed to give me Buick Enclave for no additional cost after debating for 20 minutes.
