They charging me for a cleaning fee for no reason i was the only one in the car and only use the car for a couple of hours very dissapointed i am in the middle of talking to my credit card company

Pick-up took 2 hours in line because they didn’t have the right car for everyone and had only 1 person for a long time. Totally miserable. Car was fine but waiting that long was insane. No other rental counter had a line.

Car wasn't ready at the time I reserved so had to wait for another vehicle. Then when I got the car it was dirty and had trash from the prior customer. Also, the facility in downtown DC was dirty. The underground garage where you pick up the vehicle had busted old furniture that they just had sitting in one of the parking spaces. I expect more from a brand name rental car company.
