Easy pick up and drop off. Rental that time of year in Newfoundland way too much money. The vehicle itself I didn't like driving. Not many good options

Never rented from budget before but overall it was a good experience and friendly staff.

In addition to the reservation you have to call them and tell them when you are getting the car otherwise they won’t be there. We never got our car.

I was mis sold an upgrade as the agent told me wrong figures and wouldn’t show me the contract till after I had paid, then refused to cancel it and honour my original booking. Also didn’t explain correctly the pre paying fuel so I ended up being charged a full tank in stead of for 1/4. So overall an experience I was expecting to cost £120 has cost £380
