Check out was fast, check in was fast. The only downside was the distance from the terminal to the rental facility. I have a bad knee and it is painful to walk so it was a difficult walk to get from the terminal to the check out location.

Finding the gear selector on the SUV took a while. I didn't like the drop-off where the employee didn't look at the car to confirm it was in the same shape as when I got it.

There was NO CAR AVAILABLE! I waited all day and never got a call back for the van to finally be available. I had a family trip planned for a birthday, rented a cabin in the mountains and had no transportation. I was willing to wait or pick up a van at another location 70+ miles away. I will never use Kayak again.
