Budget did not have a car ready for us when we made the reservation two months in advance. They sent us to the airport location and gave us a cigarette smelling car with a cracked windshield so we turned around and received a Chevy Traverse which was great. Alex helped us greatly and gave us some reimbursements due to all the trouble.

They didn’t have a rental and canceled the reservation. I purchased the ins ahead of time and never recieved my refund. Horrible experience all the way around.

They denied my reservation unless I paid for a scam additional insurance despite the fact that the reservation had full CDW and LDW paid for. They ended up not honoring my reservation and leaving me stranded in the airport

Took 45 waiting for key to vehicle. Man in booth decided to help people with directions at their car for 20 min. Bringing car back, there was no person there to receive the car. There was about 30 to 40 cars just lined up and we all just left the cars there, but there was so many they were going into the roadway. There was a guy just collecting our keys at the very front, but it was a fiasco.

SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE: I rented a car in Austria and returned it today on time. Now I just discovered that budget are trying to charge me €3144.79 what is this amount for? The car has not even a small scratch on it. I am now struggling with emails and they are not replying. So I paid the rental amount. The deposit of 569 euro is still stuck. On top of that they are trying to charge me 3144.79 euro for I dont know what.

The associate failed to include the eToll pass I requested at the pickup location, and the car's interior was in poor condition, notably missing floor mats and featuring heavily stained seats.

Felt like a bait and switch when the website gave me a Tesla Model 3 as the example of the car that would be available and then it turned out to be a Chevrolet Bolt with over 35k miles. The Bolt turned out to be a pretty good car, just not in the same category as a Model 3. The price was too good to be true in the first place so I should have known, I just don't like the bait and switch. The interior screen had big streaks on it and the Bolt takes forever to charge but the rest of the experience was pretty good.

15+ people in line, only one agent. Stood in line for 20 min, line did not move, the guy spent the whole time helping 1 person. My math said I would have been in line 5 hours. Took an Uber to ORF, was home in bed before I would have gotten my car.

They call me and tell me that they dont have the car or any other car. I lost half a day because of this. And the worst part is kayak have nit even find out about it yet. And u are asking how was the experience!!
