Was leery about the third party booking but Budget made it so easy. Will book again with Kayak/QEEQ.

We waited over an hour and a half to get our car! This is completely unacceptable

Pick up was inefficient, about 15 people in line and 2 employees at the desk, waited about 1 hour. Car was nice and new. I almost did not get my requested vehicle, because they were out, but one came available at last minute. Drop off was super easy and fast.

It was fraud, misrepresentation and a lie No car reservation was made. They didn’t have any record of it, no car, no name no nothing I wasted my morning in trying to take care od it, fortunately there were other agencies available and eager to help I will never use this agency again Alfonso

Booked and paid online, still waited 30 minutes at the desk (with and agent) as they tried to find the car. They then tried to upsell me on a larger car because they couldn’t find the one I booked.

I went to wrong pickup location. Agent did not inform me I was at wrong location. He proceeded to change my reservation that caused my price to more than double. I called customer service and they said they would honor my original price, but that did not happen. Final charge was still the increased amount.
