Not great experience. We had rented two 7 passenger “vans”. When we arrived we were told we could not rent two cars under the same name and they were not able to change it. We had to cancel one reservation and start with a new one. The 7 passenger “vans” were actually just larger SUVs. The two seats in the back were virtually unusable except for children or very petite people. When we returned them we were charged an additional 250 euro despite returning the cars full and undamaged. We will dispute that but likely never rent from Budget again.

Waited until we arrived at the appt time to say they weren’t renting out anymore cars since 12:30. I booked them around that time and why wouldn’t you call to inform us. Definitely terrible service….

First car I rented wasn’t available, they then gave me another car which wasn’t in its spot, had me go look for it! Wasn’t there! Then finally after all that gave me a worse car. I was late to my meeting!
