Very good location and reasonable value for money
Breakfast could be better with better service
Great value hotel in an excellent location. Room was nicely appointed. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
Would have preferred a room with more of a view but overall, it was fine.
We did not stay much, just one night, but everthing was ok as expected so it was a great experience.
I think this is more a problem of booking.com: we got a twin room while we wanted a double room. I dont remember well but i think Booking.com did give us the chance to choose when reserving (and we didn't notice it) so they supposed we wanted a twin room. Fortunately, the hotel solved the problem immediately when we arrived.
The staff was conversant in English, Helped us with local entertainment and transportation arrangements, and was very customer-friendly. They stored our baggage after an early arrival until check-in, and after checkout until we could make a late flight back to the US. The area was near the theater district and the Obelisk. Walking distance was minimal to Florida St, the Plaza De Mayo, and San Dorrego. The area was mid-scale; not upscale (go near St Martin's Square for this) but we felt comfortable throughout our three-day stay. All-in-all a courteous staff, pleasant room, great in-house restaurant, and nice surroundings.
There were a few homeless in evidence on nearby streets at times but this was true all over the center of the city.
clean rooms, neat hotel
staff were not helpful at all
Location in city is good; free internet access in hotel rooms; service very good; breakfast buffet excellent.
Great location. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for the money. Bathroom needed some renovation but clean.
The location of the hotel. The English speaking(2 out of 5) desk staff. The king bed. The driver to the airport. The breakfast. The price.
The room was a bit "tired"- bathroom, carpet, drapes, and somewhat spartan. More of a 3 star. About Buenos Aires, we were robbed on a Sat.at noon near La Boca. The city is poor but the excursions beyond are quite interesting.
Value for money, accessibility/location
