Pros:
Quickness of staff. Full tank of gas. Helpfulness of staff when upgrading to larger car.Cons:
Our rental that was booked on this site was for a pick up at 8am on Friday and a drop off for 5pm on Monday for a total of 145. When we got up there they told us that the price was wrong and because we would not be dropping off at 8am Monday morning we had to pay for another day. Upon seeing the car and how small it was we decided we needed to go up in size which they were helpful with but the car we got was filthy. it had 20,000 miles on it but the carpet was tore up and coming out from under the dash, there were things all over the roof it looked as if it had not been cleaned since it was bough. we ended up taking it to the car wash before taking our trip.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I showed up on time, they got all my info, the car was cleaned and brought up front, we did a walk through, I got in the car and was on my way. I returned late the same night, dropped the keys in the return box and went on my way. Everything was quick and easy.Cons:

Did not have car ready for p.u. but got on phone and got one delivered within 30 minutes; then took significant amount off of charges. Did not pressure me to buy insurance etc. and minimized time getting off for the trip.8.4 Very good

The vehicle was not clean. I asked and was told that I would have to wait for an additional 30 minutes. Was very disappointed and don't think I will be renting from Hertz again.Avis

They rented out the vehicle I was supposed to get to someone else. Then called me a few hours before my trip to tell me they have no vehicle for me,and I should call their other surrounding locations to see if they have it available. I was at the office the evening before to ask questions, and confirmed my vehicle was there, I was told that vehicle had to be returned to the airport. She then called back about an hour later to tell me she found a smaller vehicle. I took the smaller vehicle, at the same rate and she told me the smaller none luxury vehicle (Mitsubishi outlander) was more money to rent than a minivan which I requested. It was too late for my trip so I made do the best way I could.Thrifty
