Excellent room and location.
No hot water in the shower
Modern, comfortable food. Very good, well above average pub grub. Charming, helpful staff
Lack of working telephone in room - but staff let me use their phone in bar, with no charge
The room and all its facilities. The cleanliness, design and layout, the whole place was beautiful
We felt that the staff were rushing us to have our meal to get cleaned up and the bar closed early at 10.50 without any notice. The menu was fabulous and we just wanted to enjoy it.
There are like individual little houses with private parking just in front of your room door. So you have to carry your luggage about 3 yards... I had to leave hotel at 5am. I didint have to waste my time checking out: just left the card in the room, in the car outside the door and gone. Interior is stylish, beautiful cosy bar in front. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
An excellent service, with first class accommodation and good food
the room was beautiful and spacious on two floors.. It was a clean modern design which was highly stylish yet with an air of country comfort. The breakfast was served in the pub which was a really quaint traditional country inn. The receptionist stayed up until 2.30 to greet us as our plane was delayed. She was delightful.
Large, modern room. Beautifully finished. Simple and stylish. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Large en-suite with amazing water pressure in a full-size shower.
Lighting a little too subdued if you needed to work.
Lovely room - spacious modern and clean
Day we stayed was unseasonally cold - would have been good if heating in room had been turned on when the room was made up as the room wasnt even warm until the middle of the night due to the high ceiling :-(
The food was excellent and the staff were helpful at every turn
You would probably need a car to stay here as Taxi's have to come from Bristol
Handy location for sightseeing around Somerset
Over priced for a basic room without breakfast.
