Location, thats all.
Service, bed bugs
The hotel was nice and clean, and the evening check in crew were great..
You can only have 4 people per room, had to take 3 small grandchildren at the last moment,...we were given 5 vouchers for breakfast...the lady collecting the vouchers said we shouldn't have been given the fifth one, one of grandkids should go without...
The food at the buffet is excellent and the service was very good.
The room was very humid and damp and the carpets were wet. There was also not enough pillows in the room.
The game room.
The bathroom Faust was falling. The smoke was strong. Carpet was dirty.
About the only thing we enjoyed at this hotel was the availability of coffee 24/7. The breakfast area was spacious even though the breakfast itself was mediocre at best.
There was no wi-fi in the rooms, the security lock on the door was missing, my feet stuck to the floor if I walked barefoot, the sheets were paper thin and not big enough for the bed, the a/c unit was SO loud, the breakfast sucked. Don't waste your money.
Continental Breakfast ok
Roaches seen outside. Wall air unit and alarm clock not dusted for a while (it appeared)
The room was comfortable, but we had a bit of trouble with the lock. One gentleman was quite helpful, and cordial, even when I had to ask help the second time.
Had thought the restaurants were in the hotel, not in the casino. Distance between hotel and casino was not represented correctly on the email site.
Beds were very comfortable.
The room was very nice.
I could not get wifi in my room
Location next to casino was nice. Rooms were fairly clean.
Billing issues. To the point of them calling me at home to double check how I paid. Ridiculous.
There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
The hotel was dirty overall. The public places, as well as the room were dirty. The breakfast was ridiculous if you want to call that a breakfast. The sink did not drain, the ice machine did not work, there and there was a used ice bucket in our room.
The hotel was easy to get to and accessible to mostly all attractions in the Grand Canyon area
The hotel was overall filthy. However the staff was really friendly
The hotel was a little dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. They also provided a shuttle to the casino, casino was nice also. Much better than I expected after the rating I saw on the reviews. I give Cliff Castle 3 stars.
The room was nice
Customer service in the casino
The room was large and the bed was primo - would love to have one like that at home.
Checked in late at night and the concierge was new and didn't know what he was doing, took us way too long to get checked in (45 minutes) and there was no one else but me and my wife in the lobby. I understand new takes time, but shouldn't be in charge.
EVERYTHING!!! It was so conveniently located close to the Casino, we had children with us, and we had a wonderful day bowling and playing in the KIDSQUEST section!! The FREE continental breakfast included, sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal, juices,
Quiet, cozy and clean
Location was perfect. For us to see and enjoy all of the places we were visiting.
Wished it was closer to casino.
location was great. price of the room was reasonable.
The pool was dirty and green, the hot tub was yellow.
Having the patio was great!
Liked location/view from patio. Room smelled of cleaning chemicals, had mismatched, cheap furniture, making it feel cheap. Layout bad for elec plugs.isy neighbor -thin walls. Had to ask for the advertised coffee maker. Bed comfy but not the pillows.
The room was clean and comfortable. The tv worked fine. The beds where comfortable. Close to everything we were going to.
the Ac wasnt blowing cold air and it was warm in the room, Slow internet.
hotel staff room wasclean and comfortable breakfast was great
shower curtain in room 143 was nearly falling out of the wall
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast was ok, not a whole lot of options.
Great fluffy beds!
The $50 deposit or $150 cash deposit was not disclosed before reserving it.
From the reviews I read I was expecting an aged, motel quality room. Cliff Castle was as good as any three star hotel I've stayed in. Rooms seemed to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. Room had a private balcony. Great hot breakfast!
I was in the furthest building and didn't get a great wireless internet signal.
no coffee pot in room. could hear children yelling in next room.
Location close to historic site.Cleaness is good.
Deposit things, they didn't explain it.But they charged more than original fee.If you expect hotel fee with tax, you should pay more than it.
The staff was great they had breakfast for us it was good
It was a little far from the caniso we had to wait a long time for our ride it was ok.
location was beautiful, around the mountains.
The room was simple, it did not have much, looked pretty empty, including the outdoor patio set. The shuttle bus only showed up on time once, the other few times we called, we ended up taking our own car to the casino.
The casino had a lot for the whole family to enjoy: bowling, kid center, pool.
I was not aware it was outside entry. The rooms are just OK, which wasn't a big deal for us, but people should be aware that they are not the same caliber as Las Vegas casino rooms.
